(I'm sure everyone else is saying this, but..) It's a movie! It wasn't suppose to be based on after Balto's success in real life...

i find no harm with saying wolves have special powers, like nava, i mean, HECK, baltos mom is a SPIRIT GUIDE! i believe she goddess of all wolves too, but, really? for pete sake! and, actually, for all WE know, he might have been neutered after he had pups. a friend of mine actually has a book-can't remember the name of it- but she said that it actually said he had a litter of pups and then was neutered after the pups were born. : )

Ok, since I've got much to say, I am just gonna list it

1. Yes, the real Balto was neutered, but he was also pure husky. What fun would that be if the animated one was a pure husky? Would he be an outcast? No.

2. People in the animation business sometimes don't do their research, so it could be possible that they didn't know that real Balto was neutered.

3. It's a sequel all its own. Meaning that this sequel wasn't based on a true story. Basically the entire thing except for Balto's name was made up.

4. I agree that the movie and the one after it were just made for the pleasure of the fans. I mean, seriously, the movie weren't even in theaters, so that screams WE ONLY MADE THE FILMS FOR THE FANS to me.

There, I hope now that we all understand.

I think the second and third movies were just made to expand the fanbase. Enjoy them

They changed the character. The real Balto had an owner, and movie Balto did not. How could he be neutered if he didn't have an owner to pay for the procedure?

movie, the real Balto might have been neutered. But the animated one

um wow thats great but,.. this is a movie for kids and they wanted to
make a 2 one with pups in it, they were just trying to make the next
movie just as good as the other, and in the 1st movie he wasn't fixed,
thats only in the book. and there pups are quarter because BALTO IS

Based on a true story dose not mean that the whole s gonna be exactly
like the true story. Besides the real balto was a pure husky as
opposed to the movie that he was a mix. No n the second one the
animators just made all that stuff up it was just a movie so it didnt

Whoa...I doubt it. You'd think, with that kind of talent,
that people WOULDN'T neuter Balto. A great dog can have

This is just an animation movie and is just based on the
real Balto.Like they didn't even make Balto look like the
real Balto,so probably they just wanted to make another
movie to keep Balto fans happy.

Balto was never neutered! His bloodline still continues
today!

They're sequels meant to raise a dollar or two for the
Universal. They don't care that it's not following along in
the footsteps of the original movie...

I'll support the notion that balto 2 and 3 are impossible
but for a diffrent reason, my Biology teacher said that
diffrnet species (Wolf and dog) in this case can mate, but
the ospering become sterile (Can't) reproduce. That means
that balto coudn't mate with jenna, and alue and kodi never
exisisted.

But hey its just story, you can make
your own rules, despite truths and rules.
