"I am not a Momma’s boy, Dakota!” ~Dingo

Name: Dingo (by parents and everyone else)

Age: Teen-Adult

Breed: ½ Wolf and ½ Siberian Husky

Likes: His family, being a pet, taking walks through town, playing in the barn, napping in the hay, listening to Bud’s stories, when he used to spend time with Aleu, his discussions with Kodi, and when Saba tells off Dakota.

Dislikes: When Dakota picks on him, when Quinnlyn and Dakota argue, fighting in general, when Dakota hurts him, bullies, being pushed around, wolves (he’s actually more afraid of them), and his irrational phobias.

Personality: Despite having suffered severe bullying his whole life,  Dingo is very well-rounded. He takes more after his father: very humble, helpful, kind hearted, loyal, very proud of his heritage and accepting of his wolf nature. Quiet, clever, strong, he's actually not a bad fighter, very calm and calculating. He’s painfully shy and has a hard time being social. He has a very mild temper and is a very nice gentlemen.

History

One of the last pups of the litter to be adopted, he was adopted by a young man named Nicholas Smith. Nicholas was the postman’s nephew, so Dingo spent most of his days in the post office with Mel and Dixie. Nicholas hated sledding with a passion, but had respect for the mushers who did that job. This way of thinking rubbed off on Dingo because he isn’t fond of sledding himself. When Duke and his plane came to town Nicholas was hoping the plane would win. When it didn’t, Nicholas seized an opportunity, and before he knew it, Dingo was moved out to a spacious ranch alongside his master. Where Nicholas had bought two horses, Bud and Clyde.

Other

I am all for the stereotyping of Balto’s pups, Dingo is actually my personal favorite.
