Dislikes- Very hot days, feeling down, being teased, being called useless, criminals, seeing his team-mates hurt or in danger.

Bio-

Like Montrose, Raymond was born from a long line of Police and Rescue dogs. However, unlike Montrose, Raymond lacked the intial drive, the focus on serving to help others. Raymond felt the pressure to follow in his father's footsteps- to become a police dog, and he sadly did so to please his mother.

The training was hard on a then six-month old Raymond- he kept messing up and getting frustrated with himself. He was sure that he was going to be kicked out. However, he wasn't due to the help of another trainee named Montrose. Raymond was in awe of the young dog's instilled drive to be a police dog, and that motivated him. Raymond began to learn that though speed and agility were not his greatest abilities, strength was. He could tackle any criminal, no problem.

Later on, two new trainees came to the Police Headquarters- a rather headstrong young wolfdog named Novo, and a fiery little border collie named Keely. At first the two stuck to themselves, but as time passsed on they became more curious of their teammates. Keely talked to Raymond first, surprising him with her Irish accent. Raymond immeadiately bonded with the tiny female and became friends with her. All the while, Novo was butting head with Montrose, as Novo at the time felt that he was a much better police dog then Montrose. Montrose, not one for conflict just meekly stuck to his training and missions. Raymond found the whole thing hilarious, as did Keely. Eventually the two mixed breeds at odds would become friends in literally a day.

After the mini-feud between the two was settled another new addition was added to the team- an Akita Inu named KitKit. She was Montrose's partner, and at first Raymond felt bad for her- Montrose could be extremely difficult to work with on jobs, this he knew from experience. She stuggled at first, Raymond noticed, but then Montros seemed to ease up- mellowing out quite a bit. The two seemed to even become good friends.

On one mission that seemed to be entirely normal, it turned terrible. Raymond had been waiting outside of a worn down, decrepit shack, which probably held a fugitive. Raymond had overheard the boss saying how the fugitive had killed many people, calling him a serial killer. By then Raymond knew what a serial killer was, so her watched with anxiety as Montrose disappeared into the house. Not more then two minutes later there was a resounding gunshot, followed by yelping/snarling and a yell of "Montrose!". Already, Keely and Novo had streaked towards the house, so Raymond followed in his big, lumbering stride. Inside, the first thing he saw was his puphood friend lying motionless, eyes wide in fear, still snarling and whimpering, in a pool of his own blood. Novo stood infront of him, staring down the barrel of a gun. Enraged, Raymond flung himself at the suspect, tackling him off the stairs and sending him plummeting to the ground below. Raymond sat on his back, snarling everytime he moved. He looked frantically over to where Montrose was lying- his eyes were closed now, and the pool of blood had gotten substantially bigger.

As soon as a police officer entered the doorway, Raymond got off the suspect and trudged towards Montrose. Through a space where boards once were, he could see a police car waiting, sirens wailing, with KitKit inside. She looked like she was crying, and looking back down at the mixed breed, Raymond wanted to cry too.

While Montrose was taken away on a stretcher, Raymond and the other dogs, minus KitKit, were locked up as if nothing had happened. Life went on as usual, more or less, although it was more then obvious that without a 'leader' the group was less focused. As soon as Montrose was cleared as healthy, there was some unsurity, but on the first mission with him back, it was more then obvious that the group was complete again.

Raymond's father died in a blizzard just before he was born.
