Name: Cathan

Nickname: Chocolate Paw or Choc- given to him by his mushers son because Cathan has a dark brown right leg the colour of dark chocolate

Parents: Father Siberian husky who died when Cathan was two years old. Mother Siberian husky called Belinda or Bella for short

Home: Fairbanks, the forest, Fairbanks and currently Nome

Current owner: his mushers eldest son Oliver

Mate: Aniou

Pups: Balto, Eagle, Arden and Suka

Likes: playing baseball with Franklin and Oliver, watching his mushers youngest son Franklin paint, runni8ng through the forest, listening to jazz, gangster films, reading detective novels, chocolate and spending time with his friends and family.

Dislikes: Oliver's house mate Warner, being kept inside, dogs who are stuck up and arrogant, the husky Iron and his son Steel, westerns, sour sweets and dogs being cruel to his pups.   

 Personality: Smart, loyal to his friends, protective of his family Cathan is willing to give dogs and people the benefit of th doupt, being with Aniou changed him from how he was before meeting her.

    History

   In December 1924 it was announced that Cathan would retire from racing to Nome to work as  a general sled dog. In earlly 1925 Cathan was invloved in a sleddding accident whcih forced his earlly retirement. On the day that Balto met the white wolf at the bottom of a cliff Cathan also saw a white wolf.  In Feburary 1925 Cathan arrived in Nome and was reunited with Balto.

  Cathan's greatst wish is that he could be reunited with Aniou, Eagle, Suka and Arden
