Personality: Julius is not like most of his siblings, who are loud and boisterous, he is quite and VERY serious in nature. He can come off as very cold and dark. He observes those around him, determining strengths and weaknesses. He's not very trusting of anybody or anyone, he's always on the alert and can never seem to relax. Julius can become very aggressive towards those that threaten or betray him, killing them if it is his best interest. Julius is never afraid to take other lives, or to get revenge...so it's best not to piss him off. Julius can be decent up front, until you give him a reason to completely despise you, or take your life.

Then again, if Julius sees that you truly want to get to know him or be around him, he can be pretty nice and respectful towards you. If his family needs help, Julius will always be there front and center. Under that cold (freezing I would say) demeanor of his, deep down, he's a gentle, loving guy.

History:

Julius was born in the second litter of Balto and Jenna. He stood out the most with his bright, white, fur color. He had genetically inherited most of his traits from his grandmother the great, white wolf, Aniu. Growing up, he was smaller compared to the rest of his brothers even his sisters slightly. His two older brothers were not always nice to him, calling him names like "Runt" or "Sissy" because of his fur color being white. They never wanted to include him in play time, the only time he was able to play with his brothers was when Jenna told them to allow him to play. This still didn't help, for they would find ways to leave him behind. His sisters were more remorseful towards Julius and allowed him to play with them. This made Julius a little happier, but still they were girls, and he could only have a limit on how to play with them, which meant not biting on them too hard. He was still pretty upset that he could never gain the approval of his brothers. With all of this pain, Julius felt a side of him grew, a feeling that he never felt before, in the future this made it to where he has a softer side when it comes to his sisters, but complete animosity towards his brothers.

When Julius got older, he went through some dramatic changes. He outgrew his family in size, and his fur got fuller. His eye color changed from hazel to yellow. His physical appearance looked more wolf like, which made him look very intimidating. Nobody wanted to adopt him because of his wild appearance, but he didn't care, he felt like it was more important to be with his family than to be taken in by complete strangers. His siblings, of course did receive homes. His relationship towards his family eventually got better, even his second oldest brother (Edward) seemed to have warm up to him. This was ok, but Julius will never cease to throw it in Edward's face about how badly he treated him when they were younger. Julius will always love his sisters dearly, even though he hardly shows it. Finally his relationship with his eldest brother (Romeo) will never get better. Julius felt like Romeo was the "ring leader" of the litter and the main reason for his suffering. To get back at him, Julius made it to where his presence around his brother was not a good one. To make matters worst, they fell head over heals for the same girl, Romeo was more up front with his feelings for her, Julius had a more subtle way of expressing his feelings. Julius was not an expert of emotions or love but, the heart wants what the heart wants, and he wanted her. Julius argued that he felt like Romeo was too conceded and didn't deserve her, and Romeo argued that Julius was too wild for her, and that he couldn't provide for her. Their sister was always the one to stop their arguing.

Julius can never seem to get along with his siblings, or anybody else. He grew to be extremely anti-social. It was his way to avoid getting hurt or betrayed. Also it was a good way to give his enemies a good scare and to give chills down their spine when he is around. He was very shocked to see that his younger sister, Annie still wanted to keep ties with him, yet he was very happy to know that Annie still loves him unconditionally, and tries to make time for him. Julius and Annie are usually seen together in town. They make an epic duo, due to having similar personalities, and interests. Julius is willing to put himself on the line to protect her, deep down he really cares for her, even though he hardly shows it (or hardly shows any emotion at all)

In the end, Julius realized that he was not meant to live in a crowded place filled with people. He feared that he might hurt one of them someday. So he left the town of Nome to be where it's calm and peaceful. He found comfort being in the forest, surrounded by nature. He finally felt free, and without anxiety. This might've appealed to his wolf nature, because he adapted to his surroundings easily. He still makes frequent visits to Nome to see his family, but he felt more at home in the forest. Maybe he is wild after all.
