Likes: accuracy, a few of his family members, his job as a search dog, going on missions, completing his missions, saving lives, traveling, being as far away from Nome as possible, believe it or not he likes watching his brother, Elson race. Though he never really reveals it.
 

 
Dislikes: Laziness, complaining, excuses, socializing, most of his siblings, when there is nothing to do, when there is no missions for the time being, being stuck at home in Nome, when the mission fails, when a life is lost

 
Personality: Kodah is not the type to go all out to socialize and make friends. He feels like having friends are a waste of time and are an obstacle by keeping him from doing what makes him happy. He hardly can keep a good relationship with his family, but only a few of his siblings which is rare..

He's very passionate about his job as a Rescue Dog, putting himself in the front lines to find a missing person through harsh weather, can really get his heart pumping. The thought of playing with death, and possibly losing his life adds a boost to his adrenaline. What he loves the most is the satisfying feeling of saving one's life, which helps him sleep better at night. If a mission fails or goes wrong, Kodah will is filled with self loathe and regret.  

When he is told that his job is too dangerous, and he should retire early, Kodah will isolate himself from whoever told him this. He doesn't really care what others think of him, especially when it comes to his brother Elson. Kodah just seems to eye-roll off Elson's blunt opinions towards him (deep down he respects Elson, since he is one of the few siblings including himself, that made an effort to succeed in life)

History:
Born in the second litter of Balto and Jenna's pups, Kodah's birth name at the time he was with his parents, was "Delsin". At a young age, their father told them great tales of how he save the children of Nome from a severe epidemic of diphtheria. The fact of saving a town really didn't impress Kodah, however he did admire his father's effort and accuracy to get where he is now.

 As he grew older, he became less interested in spending time with his siblings, as he felt they were still immature to be around, and never really took anything seriously. Kodah's hunger for success grew as he became older. He prayed that he wouldn't get adopted as a house dog, staying indoors, doing nothing with his life. He certainly didn't want a musher to adopt him as it looked like sled racing is what everyone else wanted to do. He wanted to try something different, something that was not over-rated. When it was time for the pups to get adopted, Kodah was one of the first to go, he had a good size, and he looked very healthy. 

Thus his the name "Kodah" stuck with him. He was never really raised by a huge family, but more of a lone, Alaskan ranger that wanted to train him to be a part of the Alaskan Search Team. In the beginning his owner would train Kodah, by making him sniff out peaces of meat and hide them around the house. As planned, Kodah would use his nose to investigate around the house, until he found the treat which is a way of rewarding him for his find. When he grew to be an adult, he became an official Search Dog, responding to missing reports, and traveling the state of Alaska. He earned plenty of honor and love through his job, and he enjoys every bit of it.
