Hello! I tried to search but I didn't seem to find any questions like this asked before. So, I know photo backgrounds are not allowed in fan art, but what about screenshots from the movies? Like from Balto? Are those allowed? Like if I finish and clean up a drawing on the computer and then add it to a screen shot background.
