Just because you're not claiming it as yours doesn't mean you have the right to just use it however you like and post it publicly. As was said before, it IS theft, whether you think so or not, and this site doesn't tolerate it.

Also, like Question said, report any photo backgrounds you see, as they are no longer allowed.

I was just stating though. I get blunt.

@Hazelcat and Tibbeh, They are A BUNCH of images not drawn by the people who use it.
I'm not claiming it to be mine, there for not making anything illegal.
Not to mention I've put that before on the description and It was not put up because it wasen't mine.
And it's consider stealing when people draw Balto on here without claiming he is universals and same with the linearts of the movie in that case but people do it all the time without a problem.

Like Hazel said; if you weren't the one that drew it you have zero right to put it up here. That is theft plain and simple. Photo backgrounds are also not allowed. If you see any report them. Again, simple.

It's a drawing?That means another artist drew it.You'll actually NEED the artist's permission to use it.It's stealing,otherwise.That's not tolerated here.

However if YOU drew it,yeah,it should be allowed.Take it up with a mod,and if nothings done,take it up with the lead image mod.

I have had this happen to me before with my clouds. They thought it was a photo so I put in the description it is not a photo just effects on my art programme and then PMed the mod about it.

I mean you can't really tell unless you look at the lake in the photo I used and you can tell it's blended with a pencil.
But then there are some images that have full blown out photo backgrounds and you can easily.

depending if its similar to a photo but it isn't, but really strange why the back ground wasn't a photo and the mods thought it was.
