If you use Microsoft powerpoint to turn your art into JPEG's, Can you use backgrounds that the program provides? Like say, if you have a picture, and you put it on Microsoft Powerpoint, then you add a "seccond background" to your picture. Would that be allowed, or do you have to make your own backgrounds?

BagelIt's against the rules. Here, under being forbbiden :
- to send real photos (even only in background)
- to send screenshots from the film
SO, don't do, okay ? Please create your OWN backgrounds.

I think you have to make your own backgrounds, but I'm not entirely sure. It might be a good idea to PM a Fan Art Mod. |
