Two things.

 

First off, Should I report images and drawing with photo backgrounds? I know they aren't allowed from the rules, but they seem to be everywhere.

 

Second. I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but it shouldn't be.

I've noticed lately a lot of people going crazy over simple designs. I  was simply curious as to if it is allowed to report them? Not as ban, but send them a warning. When characters have simple designs, or let's say use a render for a body image and the character has the same markings as balto but very different tones, I don't see a right to not have a warning sent. I'm also not talking about when people are calm, I'm talking about when people go "WHY DID YOU COPY BALTO? YOU ARE UNORGINIAL!", in all caps and normally repeatably comment, even after being explained to and asked polietly to calm down. 

If this is allowed, could I please have the help of a caring mod to shoot Steet a message about it?

I don't see a problem with simple designs, but when it comes to clones of Balto, or any other character with slightly different colors, just report it.

As for warnings, I have to agree on what Skul said. Sending a warning to someone who is using caps complaining about the character would be abuse of power. (Sending warnings for no valid reason) The only exception I could see to a warning is if that person is doing it on purpose to get attention.

Thank you two. But I don't mean..like... normal conversations about it. I mean when people literally freak out. I've even seen where people agree to change the design, but the people just keep on. It just seems like a form of harrsement to me. Is it allowed to send them a PM, and cooly ask them to calm down and explain to them to calmly to tell the person what they did wrong instead of blowing up?

Sending a warning over something like THAT is a little extreme; just deactivating the content would be enough. As to the first one, yeah you should probably report any you see.
