Bio:

Born in Nome,Ak. When she was a pup, she was a stray. She was cared for by other stray dogs and a few friendly occupants of the town. She grew up on knowhow, and hope that she might one day have an actual family. As an adolescent she was welcomed into a group of stray dogs in Nome. They watched out for each-other, they made sure each member was fed. They were a family.

As an adult she was one of the top dogs of the group, watching out for the younger ones. Though the group consisted of only a few dogs, it was still large, and grew difficult to care for. Nevertheless, they still watched out for every stray, and made sure they were cared for. There soon became more than just a few strays in the group. Normal dogs with a home stared hanging around them and they welcomed them in. Among them was an athletic, pedigree who was a red husky. Though he had papers, he couldn’t have cared less. It seemed as though all he cared about was her. He came back, just for her.

One day, Kera was walking along the fence of the butcher shop, hoping to get a few scraps. As she walked through a slit in the fence, she didn’t see an old fat gullible butcher, but rather Steele, and old chop shop Desoto rating on some scrawny mutt. Though the mere concept of missing a good meal put her off, she came to the rescue of the mutt anyway. After scaring of Desoto and his kin, Kera introduced herself, and welcomed him to explore the town a little with her.

Relation to Balto: Jenna's mother, interacts with many other Balto characters in my fanfic.
