Family:  The whole of Killdeer's family is alive. She has one mother, one father, and two other siblings. 

Personality: Killdeer is sporadic. Her emotions flucuate. One moment, she could be bouncing off the walls, and the next she could be dozing on the ground. She is known to be more of a recluse, having a more thoughtful, day dreaming personality than a bubbly one. Even so, she prefers to be running or frolocking about whenever she can. It is difficult for her to sit still. She enjoys hunting, and she relishes the kill and adnrenaline. Killdeer keeps to herself. She doesn't like to bother others. When the situation for social interaction presents itself, however, she is known to blurt out things that are best kept secretive, as she has no idea how to react in those social scenes. Killdeer is also known to be angered very easily, which is why she doesn't maintain many friends. 

Likes: The night, hunting, running, keeping to herself, a warm, comfortable enviornment.

Dislikes:  Disorderly things, standing still, too cold of weather, bears.

Appearance: Killdeer is tiny and slender. She has small paws and an almost bony body. Her markings are coal, tan, silver, and white colored. Deer has bright orange eyes. She has a thick, busky tail that provides her with warmth. 

History: Killdeer was born inside a cave alongside two other siblings. She was always the more active one. She loved to scamper about, especially at night, which irked her family to no end. Killdeer is the smallest of the whole family. Her compact body houses a giant's energy. 

As Killdeer and her siblings grew to be several months old, the family moved from their cave to a valley miles away. As winter arrived, Killdeer found that she loathed the colder weather went it grew to extreme degrees. The snow irritated her, as it numbed her paws and made her hunting insufficient. 

Killdeer, at the age of two, traversed from her family. Too old for the family nest, her siblings accompanied her, as well. Together, they traveled the valley in search of a pack they could properly situate themselves into.

One morning, Killdeer and her siblings were slumbering when a bear happened upon them. The bear attacked. Killdeer, being tiny, had no way to properly defend herself using inate strength. As the bear was about to slaughter her sister, Killdeer pounced atop the back of the bear. The bear swung. It clipper Killdeer in the eye, branding her with a scar. 

Her sister and brother, both weak and fatigued, fled the scene in terror. 

Killdeer, bruised and bloodied, escaped the carnage. Eventually, she made it out of the bear's territory. While she was safe- for that moment- her siblings were no where to be found.

Galvanized, Killdeer set off in search of them. For days she attempted to track their scent. 

Her efforts were fruitless, however. 

Currently, she is still in search of her siblings and a pack. 

Related to Balto: When in search of her family, she passed through Balto's hometown and ended up spending the night in the boiler room. There, she met a few of the sled dogs such as Dusty and Kodi.
