Personality: Marlene is a bit of a hard case, she can be kind when she wants to but most of the time she has a temper to her though she hides it well. She has a habit of thinking everyone should be treated the same unless they've done something to deserve it otherwise. Like I said though she does have a kind disposition and most of the time she does like to help others if she feels she can, though in helping others her mood had started to change upon helping one individual and made her some what cold to most of the world.

History: Her life started off pretty simple really. Her mother was a prize winning show dog and her father was in competetive sledding competitions apparently upon meeting was enough to make her mother quit her career even after getting as far as she did and settled down in white moutain with her father. When Marlene was born she was said to have looked most like her mother and many considered her to be purebred for a short time and even was adopted by one who wished to train her like her mother before her in the life of a contest winning show dog. She didn't let the power get to her head like most dogs though she didn't find herself to be a perfect princess like most of the dogs she competed against though sadly life tends to even take its hardships out on those who don't deserve it.

She was found out to be a mix breed and was disqualified from any contests she had entered later on, so her time in the sun was short lived and her family ended up moving to Nome to apparently get away from it all. It was there she met a young husky mix named Iron. A black husky with a bit of a confidence issue, feeling sorry for the young canine she offered to be his friend and with time the two became close and he even asked her to be his mate, Marlene couldn't have been any happier in her life then she was then. But of course fate has different plans for everyone upon a few weeks later when Marlene found out the most amazing news she was pregnant with Iron's pups telling him hoping he'd be happy only to have reality slap her in the face when he denied ever wanting any pups and even had the nerve to tell her that he wasn't the father of them. Heart broken by this news she broke off any relations she had with him and decided to do thison her own. A little while down the road she gave birth to three beautiful pups, one looking like her another looking like Iron and one was a mix of them both. She didn't care that her previous mate had not wanted them she still loved her pups even if he didn't so she decided to raise them on her own without any help.

Relation to Balto: Was mates with Steele and Jenna's son Iron.
