New Name: Natia
Age: While not a puppy, still youthful. Around two years.
Gender: Female
Breed: Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever/Husky
Mate/Crush: Lark (c) Me
Pups: N/A
Personality: Natia is a sweet-heart, a born nurturer. She is incredibly sensitive to others' feelings and thoughts, and will do her best to help them and lighten their burdens. She has a different perspective on the world than others do, and despite her hardships, remains optimistic and cheerful. She is a bit shy and quiet at first, but will easily open up after an introduction and small conversation.
While not perfect, she is kind and gentle, and would never hurt anyone. Natia doesn't consider herself brave, but she would sacrifice herself for her friends if necessary. Even if she doesn't agree with you, she will follow you and defend you to the end. She has a way of worming into your heart, and making her mark on your life. She does have faults though; she can be stubborn, over-protective, and incredibly curious. But she finds it hard to keep secrets. Its nearly impossible for her to lie, but if it is truly important, she'll take the secret to the grave.
History: Natia was born in a litter of five in Belguim. When she was around 9 months old, the breeder who owned them died of a stroke. Natia somehow found herself in the United States, owned by a rather elderly couple who always seemed to have grandchildren over. Natia was loved by all of them, and found herself content, though she did sometimes miss her old home.
Eventually, Natia found herself longing for something...more in the world. It started when a battered Australian Shepherd stumbled into her backyard, and collapsed. When the Aussie came to, he was greeted by Natia and her family. He was soon accepted as one of them, and they grew close. Lark told Natia of his life, how he had been raised by wild dogs, who didn't live with humans. Though Natia was fascinated, she could never bring herself to leave.
Then tradgedy struck again. Her owner's wife died. All the grand-children would've been willing to take care of Natia, who was only slightly over one by then, but Natia found it too painful. She ran away with Lark only a day later. Though she hasn't yet admitted her feelings for him, neither has Lark, even if they both feel the same way. Lark ended up returning to the wild dogs who had raised him, with Natia in tow. There, it was where Natia first felt at home since the death of one of her beloved owners.
