Personal

Personality;  Patch is as tough as they come. He is somewhat of a loner (as in he values alone time even though he has plenty of friends). Patch is much like his mothers were he is brave, intelligent, independent and stubborn. Patch is very witty and likes to disrespect authority. Patch can be described as a troubled youth because he likes to stir up trouble and start fights. Although, if you can break through the barrier you’d find Patch is soft hearted, sweet and extremely protective of his friends.

Likes/Dislikes; Patch hates when other people are mean to his friends, and he doesn’t like humans very much.  Patch enjoys his close friends and brother but most of all he enjoys being around Piper.

Bio

Story;  Patch’s true mother and father were unknown. Shadow was patrolling the Wolf Clan’s borders when a very young wolf, not too younger than Shadow, had brought the puppy to her. She said how his father  was a husky and the pack would never accept him. So Shadow decided to accept him and that was when Patch’s life began. Shadow was young but she did her best to raise Patch. It was easy to mistake the two as being related because they looked very similar. They were especially mistaken as sister and brother which made Patch feel awkward because he looked at her as his mother.

When Patch was half a year old, Shadow was not getting along well with the clan. The wolves kept criticizing her about taking on the pup when the clan needed her most. As much as Aleu tried to stop it, the torments just kept coming.  Poor Patch would get bullied but the other bigger pups and he was bullied a lot. Shadow finally decided to move out and when she told Aleu she recommended them to go to Nome. A dog friendly town that had plenty of room and Patch could fit in well. Shadow made the long journey with Patch to Nome but Patch was not grateful. He was reluctant to change even with the bullying at home. Shadow slowly built them a life in Nome. She was an excellent hunter and with the help of her new found friends, Andrea and Angelica, she raised Patch well. Patch had a passion he wanted to pursue. Patch wanted to be a racer but no team would accept him because he wasn’t a good team player and he was still too young. When Patch got older and filled out more he tried again, but he was refused because he was still not good on a team. This frustrated Patch because he knew he would be perfect for the part. He was strong, brave and fast. As frustrating as it was Patch gave it up. He decided to just steal food even though this upset Shadow, she didn’t fight him much. Patch’s life was going downhill especially as he was building a bad reputation for himself until he met Piper.

Piper convinces Patch to go to a team organized by Dakota, called the Underdogs. Dakota and Balto teach younger wolves/dogs that want to sled but were refused for some reason. Patch joined and become one of the high members that substitutes for lead dogs.
