Personality:  This gal loves the town drama and often feeds her own tidbits into the latest. She won’t hesitate to embellish a story ‘a bit’ or straight up fib about a rival. She often plays a little rough and her insults are downright ghastly. If you want to know what’s the latest in Nome- she’s the dog to ask. She has a surprising amount of friends for having so little principle. She’s also prone to overreacting and ‘flying off the handle’- a trait which she blames on her line of work.

Passions:  She’s the local bearhunter- and loves her job seeing as it gives her a certain status of major importance and attention. She loves to gossip and dig up interesting stories. She also has quite an extensive list of suitors.

Aversions:  She naturally hates bears- of any kind (including Teddy Bears).  She stays away from anyone she would consider to be a loser.

Bio:  She was bred by a well known breeder and when she was finally purchased, it was because she was aggressive and large- two traits her owner desired. She was proved to be an excellent hunter and it wasn’t long before she accompanied her owners and their children out of town on hunts.

There were multiple accounts where her endless bravery saved both of their lives. After an incident with a bear- her owner decided to use her to patrol the outskirts for bears and run them off. Together, her and her human family keep Nome safe- or so she likes to think. Hunting bears and big game has gone to her ego. When not out of town, she is at the very heart of it immersed in the rumor mill. She has looked up to Sylvie immensely ever since she was a pup. Her own background has always been a mystery, but Roxy much prefers to talk about the background of others anyway.

Relation to Balto: IShe’s got the ‘dirt’ on pretty much any dog in Nome. Kodi finds her obnoxious, but Kirby likes her a bit. Sylvie considers herself Roxy’s mentor.
