Personal
Personality: Characterized by his stoic and brooding personality, Sergei is generally aloof and indifferent, though he is not incapable of genuine kindness and a protective demeanor. He tends to act in a critical and controlling manner. In light of his relatives' past, he cares deeply for them and is very protective of them. Sergei always puts the interests of safety and survival ahead of other things. Living without his family has given him a "hard-edge", though he seems relaxed when he's with his friends, or when he achieves something important. Going with his hard edge, Sergei has a wrathful side to him as well, having the capacity to kill or harm anyone who wrongs his relatives and friends. Despite said traits, Sergei enjoys the company of other females and often charms them with his looks and sweet ways. This was particularly evident when he was still sled racing.
History: Sergei was born to the infamous sled dog, Steele. His mother went by the name of Bella; a brown siberian husky who came from a foreign land with her owner. Since things didn't quite work out between his father and Jenna, Steele quickly fell in love with the foreign female and was able to move past Jenna's rejections. Interestingly, things hit off and Steele's love interest became pregnant with her first litter. They were excited, especially the ex-sled racer who wanted to see his little pups grow up to take his previous occupation and carry on his lineage.
Sergei first opened his eyes in a rich home, surrounded by his mother's owner and friends. They all adored the pups and eventually watched how they grew up little by little. When Bella introduced her pups to Steele, he immediately fell in love with them, already planning ahead on their futures. He would constantly race with them and would always see how much potential they had.
When they were old enough, they entered sled-racing and with no surprise, they won many races. Of course they did - they shared Steele's bloodline! Sergei soon became the lead dog of his sled, as well as a champion. He proudly carried his title along with the golden collar, and with it, he would show-off to the other dogs who would surround him after his wins.
However, as lead dog, Sergei had discovered a safe, quicker route to their destination of a race they were going to attend the next day. He led the other dogs and his musher to the short-cut, cheating his team's way to victory. His teammates were reluctant on heading the wrong way and knew this was against the rules, but they couldn't stop there - Sergei was forcing the sled to follow his way. When they reached the finish line, everybody cheered and were ready to celebrate the victory, however the musher was angry and scolded Sergei. He was now looked down upon, even his siblings, Nikolai and Anya, who were part of the sled thought he was a disgrace to their father's bloodline. The musher kept quiet about the incident, but he was so filled with guilt that he refused to take the prize of the race, and not too soon after, he removed the golden collar from Sergei, only to give it back to mayor of the town. It was official that he was kicked out of their team.
Sergei was devastated, and to make things worse, word got out and soon every dog in town found out about his plans that seemed to work at first. Now, he had to face the consequences. Word got to his parents, and once Steele found out, he was extremely furious - but then he was just let down. His mother simply grew upset, and nothing more broke Sergei's heart than seeing the eyes of his disappointed mother. He felt so ashamed that he left the wealthy place he once called home and disappeared into the town's alley; clearly ashamed and embarrassed about his actions. He heard new rumors about his team recruiting for a new member, and that his brother, Nikolai was the new lead dog. He still had plenty of friends to keep him company, and knew that he could return back to his home any time, but he preferred hiding in shame.. Sergei was often called a sore loser for his behavior.
