history: one day Thunder's mother (a wolf) walked into Nome. she was very beautiful and was drawn to Steele. they both fell in love and had pups who were immediately sold to top mushers for training and to some kids as pets. however, two of the pups, Cinder and Thunder didn't get adopted. Steele was confused until he saw his mate crying and asked why. after receiving the answer 'no human will ever want them' he asked her how she knew this and she said she was a wolf. after losing his pride in this way, Steele threated to kill them. Thunder jumped out of the box and ran while his mother grabbed Cinder and chased after him. Steele was close behind, but Thunder managed to escape down an alley and hid behind a bunch of boxes. but he never saw his mother or his sister return.
