Personality: Weiss is pretty much everything you'd expect from an experienced sled dog leader. He is very calm and collected, and usually has an answer for any question he is asked. He handles all situations logically and realistically and always keeps a cool head, and he always knows how to deal with his teammates on the rare occasion they're being unruly. When it comes to his musher Fiona he is always obediant and observant, and often follows her around the house wanting her attention because he just loves to impress her and is a total lap dog. He is very kindhearted and clever, and is a very good and reliable leader. Always good-natured and immensely patient, he very rarely loses his head and loves to playfully tease and joke with his teammates. He's not one of those leaders who just orders his team around, he knows when to have a good time. 

Likes: Being with his team, cuddles from Fiona, running long distances, treats, children, when everyone is behaving, Spring, the beach, warm areas, solving problems, respectful dogs, and having a laugh.

Dislikes: Being too cold, being talked back to, seeing Fiona or any of his friends sad, not having anything to do, rudeness, and bullies.

Fears: Ever getting lost during a run, not being able to cheer his friends up

As my character: I wanted to create a team of dogs (mainly huskies) with natural markings and distinct personalities, to show that huskies and other sled dogs can still be interesting characters to create and own on this site. 

Weiss' parents were Barlow and Dalia, two very well-known retired sled dogs who were bred by a professional breeder every two years for their puppies to be sold to mushers. Fiona had been dreaming of having her own sled team for as long as she could remember, so when she saw Weiss at 8 weeks old she instantly fell in love. He was her chosen lead dog. So she bought him and began training him from day one, getting lots of help from fellow mushers in the town, as well as using the money she had saved to buy the sled and reins, as well as musher clothes and special dog food. From a young age he showed great promise and was a fast learner - but like all huskies, he was a might stubborn and often preferred to play rather than learn. Soon enough, a famous musher who only bred Malamutes came to Nome to sell some of his best dogs, which is when Fiona bought Scotch. Weiss adored Scotch, and the older Malamute instantly felt a fondness towards the little nimrod. So the two worked together, and Scotch served as Weiss' mentor, teaching him step by step all the techniques and secrets of being a successful sled dog. It worked very well, and Weiss began improving greatly as he grew.

As he continued to grow and learn, Fiona continued to buy and adopt more dogs to be a part of their team, assigning them to their appropriate ranks after testing them out. To this day Weiss is always eager to learn new things, and he gets on greatly with his team - even if they can drive him crazy sometimes. Thanks to Scotch's and Fiona's guidance, and his own dominating but fair attitude he became a great lead dog.  He can often get a little insecure and unsure of himself sometimes, but luckily his friends always encourage him when he needs it, and that he is grateful for.
