I revised it and just got to the point, I apologize for any prior confusion.
In your fanimage gallery, there should be at least 1 graphic. (example shown below) If you are planning to make an image gallery soon, then your first image must be the graphic.
Blank renders are still allowed. Renders are still allowed. Just remember that 20% of your gallery should be images/graphics of official site characters.
Also, if you send in a blank render/lineart a character icon should not be included.
Along with renders, wolf makers, horse makers, Dolldivine ect... are no longer allowed in any source. Studying the image rules it states "Pictures drawn by other artists aren't allowed." So we won't accept them anymore. This also applies to the character full body image, it cannot be made on dolldivine or any other wolf/horse/lion ect maker.
Starting in a week, moderators will start deactivating galleries that do not have at least 1 graphic within the gallery.

Mini modding: The mods have agreed we have seen an increase in mini modding going on in alot of the sources. Please, if a moderator is handling the problem, allow them to. If a moderator is not around, report the problem, don't try to take it on yourself. Also, please, when reporting something add the comment "reported" so other know that it has already been reported. Along the same line, don't just bash the member. Actually give them real critique so they can use it in the future. Only pointing out the problem won't help them get better.

really can't see how we can be more descriptive. We have examples of
graphics and even the quote says "Fanimages gallery" (not fanart.) But, also stated above, we are sorry for any confusion. But explaining a new rule isn't always the easiest thing. |

Actually, Kash, it's just the opposite going on. This rule is meant to
balance out/lessen the renders, not force people to make them. They
are simply saying that the first image in your IMAGE galleries needs
to be a graphic, and there needs to be a certain amount of graphics
for every render you post. It does not at ALL mean that you are forced
to do renders. Heck, I am ECSTATIC to see someone on here who would
rather draw than render! If you would rather draw, then please! By ALL
means! I honestly really wish more people WOULD draw instead of
render. No one's stopping you! There's a separate set if galleries for drawing, though, �found here: /balto/en/fanart/ These galleries aren't affected by the render/graphic ratio. The image galleries, found here, ARE affected by it. You don't have to have an image galley if you don't want one.� /balto/en/fanimage/ |

This ONLY applies the fan image galleries, not the fanart ones. "The same style". Yuuup, this is definitely a case of " by banning sparkle dogs, you're banning our creativity. graphics, like the rules originally stated, not more renders and less
fanart. |

You guys trying to set everyone right are missing the point. Mods are
threatening to pull the plug on galleries that refuse to make renders.
It's really hard to bite my tongue here, but who gives a hoot about
renders? If we want to draw, you should let us draw. Don't deactivate
us because we choose not to make renders to "be varied". |

Everyone is supposed to have the same style then and has to do the
same thing? I've been a member here for about what, since 08 and I
remade this as a new account to contribute more Balto stuff and delete
most of the unneeded stuff on my old profile and I sent in two images
being deactivated because they weren't graphics. So much originality.. |
