Good traits: Yukon is a good talker, and is fun to be around. He's very friendly, kind, and giving. He has a sense of humor, and he's very fun-loving. A good natured boy who loves children and puppies. The type to be your best friend in a matter of five seconds.
Bad traits: Yukon is extremely gullible and trusting of others. He's a bit dimmer than his brother and sister. He can get obnoxiously loud at times, and he tends to unintentionally steal the spotlight from time to time. Though he doesn't mean any harm.
How they express happiness: Yukon is in a good mood most of the time. Upon being excited, his tail will wag, he'll bounce around, and "whoop" (a term for barking, but he never did figure out how to bark like a proper dog).
How they express anger: Yukon is rarely angered. When he is, he's sure never to resort to violence. Though he may cast out an insult or two occasionally. He'll make sure not to curse, however. His bark is far worse than his bite.
How they express sadness: His tone will drop and he'll frown. He'll duck his head down and walk slowly, allowing his tail to drag.
How they express fear: His normal voice will change to a stuttering wreck and he'll try to calm whoever it was scaring him.

Backstory

Born to Vincent and Bailei's litter of three as the second born. He was a very large puppy, larger than his parents were, due to a recessive trait by his grandfather, Cassius. Because of this, his older brother Caesar refused to play with him, ate most of his food, and stole his toys. Being a calm puppy as it was, Yukon didn't really mind and thought Caesar was just playing and figured it was a normal brother thing. Yukon was very playful with his little sister Jenna, and often toppled her over. He was a very enthusiastic puppy, no matter what it seemed. He always somehow made the best out of everything. When it came to adoption day, Yukon was very sad. His siblings were being adopted. He wouldn't have any play buddies anymore. Caesar was the first to be adopted, and later on Yukon was picked second. He was adopted by a farmer who was visiting from Alabama by plane. Yukon never came to realization that he probably wouldn't see his family again. 

Teenage years: About a year or two later, Yukon was a happy farm dog living in Alabama. He had a southern accent, and a funny way of speaking. His owners adopted Yukon for company for their livestock and other farm animals as he was very calm and friendly with all of them. Yukon was protective of the farm animals though, and chased off all signs of predators. When allowed free time, Yukon usually went to the muddy bogs, where he found himself running through it like an idiot. He made it a game and called it "mud boggin'" along with playing leap frog with frogs themselves. He had a whole bunch of other games he made up, such as "cat-tail howlin'" and "gator chasin'". Yukon was never bored of his life. He probably lived in Alabama for a few years.

Adulthood: After some time passed, Yukon overheard his owners talking about moving to Alaska, where they adopted Yukon. They also wanted to live there because they could be closer to their young nieces and nephews. Yukon was over the moon to hear that he was able to go back to find his parents and siblings again. Sad to know that the livestock was being sold off though. Soon, he was on a plane to Alaska. Among arriving there again, his original owners gave Yukon to one of their nephews and his kids who were currently residing in Nome. Yukon was overjoyed; his new owner had kids and was into hunting and farming. Most of the time, Yukon was let loose to go explore and spend time with his family. Taking advantage of this, Yukon sought out his brother, sister, and parents. His mother was very happy to see him again, whereas his father not so much. Jenna didn't really seem to care if he came back or not, as she was currently obsessed with her current lover, Balto. She also had a few litters of pups, which Yukon was happy for. He understood that she was a busy mom now, so he left her alone and only came by to visit his nieces and nephews occasionally. Finding Caesar though was what made Yukon the happiest. Caesar was pretty happy to see him as well, but he wanted to apologize for how he treated Yukon when they were pups. Yukon accepted his apology straight away and didn't really mind at all. Getting into details, Yukon asked about Caesar's life only to get a sad story. He was happy to know that Caesar was alright now though. After some time, they bonded and became best friends. Yukon was very happy to be living in Nome again.

Though later on in life, Yukon began to get lonely. He was happy with his owners and all, but he wanted a main canine pal to hang out with. He realized he never had that. As soon as his owners caught onto his strange behavior, they knew exactly what he needed. Going through ads and classifieds, they found a free young, pregnant Alaskan Malamute/Siberian husky mix who was up for adoption. They adopted her. Yukon was surprised to know that it was his niece, Dianna. The young canine was depressed upon arrival and just laid around. Yukon didn't leave her side, and talked to his niece. He was told that her mate bred with her, then left her. He comforted her and provided her a shoulder to cry on at any time. Dianna was happy to know that he was there for her, and trusted him shortly after her pup was born. She only had one, a little boy. She named him Beau. Yukon was protective of little Beau and his niece, but he acted like a father figure for Beau like he needed. One day, Dianna and Yukon were out taking a stroll through an alleyway. Hearing tiny yips nearby, Yukon quickly rushed to the source. To his surprise, he found four little puppies in a bag left to die. He wouldn't stand for this, and Dianna knew where he was coming from. Yukon brought the bag of puppies home to his owners with pleading eyes. Opening up the bag, his owners were surprised (and thrilled) to find four little pointer mix puppies. Dianna helped nurse the weak puppies along with Beau. Yukon insisted on naming the four pups; Tractor, Clay, America, and Taters. Dianna didn't really like the names, but she figured whatever made her uncle happy. 

All of the puppies were growing up fast. Dianna and Yukon were seen together bringing their pups around town and such. Beau took more after Dianna, where the other four were just like Yukon. Most of them (if not all), believed that Yukon was their biological father. They weren't too bright, but they had hearts of gold like Yukon. Yukon was happy to have the pups, as he was unable to have his own. But the unfortunate adopting day came, which devastated both Dianna and Yukon. Each of the puppies were adopted off except Taters, who their owners decided to keep. Yukon was happy to know that they were keeping Taters, and to know some of the pups would stay local. Taters had gotten a southern accent just like Yukon, and grew up to be just like him. They played some of Yukon's games in the summer in Nome, while Taters' favorite was mud boggin'. Yukon gave her the affectionate name, "Mud boggin' queen".

Time passed, and Taters was taught to be a hunting dog. Yukon routed for her, along with Dianna. She turned out to be great at her job. But just as soon as she was getting the hang of it, an accident happened; Taters got her leg caught in a bear trap, but was able to escape. Her injury was so bad, that her leg had to be amputated. Though she couldn't be a hunting dog anymore, Taters was alright with being a house dog. The three dogs lived together in peace. Yukon still took the time to visit his brother Caesar and sister Jenna along with his nieces and nephews.
