 I've finally been able to take some time and examine all the problems that happened on the forums. (and the site)

The more I study the problems that happened on the site, the more I see that...everyone has a part of responsability into this.

Now, my conclusions on some members here. I know by advance that the concerned people will not like at all what I will say, and I also may be wrong, I don't always use the good terms (yes, I'm still not a native english speaker), but that's what I have concluded.

BaltoSepalla -> Yes, you clearly want to help the site. But you're not doing it the right way. I must say I agree with you on a lot of points, although the problem is that you want to get involved in everything on the site. So immediately, you're bound to bump into other people's opinions, and that's how some wars are started. Also, you just can't let things go. You can not just stop posting messages in a topic, you always have something to add, and - you may not be aware of this, but - this is very, very annoying. People don't listen to what you have to say, and I strongly think this is also due to the fact that almost no one wants to read extremely long messages. Get to the point! But worse than this, it seems it goes as far as sending private messages to the members for continuing the discussion. They may not be insult messages, but still, no one likes receiving messages like this. You MUST stop that. Do not send private messages to the members when they have said something on you or anything like this. Also, I must say that I still don't agree with your opinion about the fanart stealing, and you should have understood from the start that next to no one here would have agreed. In a general way, you should stop posting messages when you see that no one is listening to you. (and this is exactly what happened in the fanart topics)

Catwhohas14tails, Grhaeh Lit, DrewTheWolf and some others -> I feel that you are closed-minded and don't really listen to the other opinions. It could be the fanarts, the Balto 4 project, the Balto sequels, the trip etc...Everytime, you can't just listen and understand the opinions of the others. Stay open! Also, you've become close, and you try everytime to support the opinion of your friends, and you're shouting your opinions. Same as BaltoSepalla, you just can't let it go...Finally, you made repeated personal attacks to BS, about his age, etc...While I really don't think it was deserved.

Togo -> I think it's very clear, but I'll repeat it : You just didn't like the idea of getting new mods. You were free to express it, but asking people to send flaming messages, as well as keeping posting messages to the new mods, saying that they are not up to it, really weren't good ideas.

Nick and the other mods -> You seem to be afraid of interfering into the battles. Either you were not there when they happened, or maybe you didn't want to get involved into them, for any reason. The thing is, I haven't seen any of you trying to get in front to stop the wars, while it is your first job. What are you so afraid of? No, a mod job isn't just locking useless topics, I'm sorry. And this is valable for Togo too : I didn't see any post from you when the fanarts stealing problems happened, and this was before I decided to get new mods. As for your temporarily removal of the mods powers, I think it's enough and I'm ok to give them back to you. If you accept, of course.

The other members -> No one tried to step in, in order to resolve the conflicts. Instead, you just followed one side or another, by repeating the same things. This is not the good way to act.

Me -> I was not there when I should have been. I'm really sorry for this, but with all the work I have to do, the the stress I had that even lead to health problems, I could just not manage this. The main thing I had to do was to study the problem myself, by reading what people posted on the forums/site, and not letting people sending me messages because the truth is always deformed when in this case. I've done it, I just hope it's not too late to do something.

Now, how to resolve this. First, from the above list, the concerned people must change the way they acted.

Then, I need people who KNOW how to be OBJECTIVE. Mods or not. In all the "wars" topics I've read, there was nobody to stay in the middle and keep people from battling. The problem is there, we need NEUTRAL members. Or, we need mods who are not afraid of stepping against others and resolve things. I suspect most of you to have made friends on the site, and as such, you try to defend them even if this means paying attention to what the others have to say. I'm sorry but I don't accept this idea of "clans" on my site.

From now on, if I see anyone I've listed, involved in any little conflict on the forums, they will be banned, and I'll do this personally. I don't care who this can be, mod or not, if I find that there was again such a conflict, it will be an immediate ban. Just stop the fighting, let it go. It seems very difficult for some people here.

I have thought of some little things to prevent these things from happening. You will be informed as soon as these things will be on the site.
