Well, I've finally did what I promised, back a month ago,
that I was going to! I've read both of your stories. I'm
impressed! I mean, while there are certainly other angles
you could have followed, you did a better job of bringing to
life the essence of the Balto cartoon characters (even in
those not seen in the three cartoons, or only seen as
background characters) than most other writers here! Well
done!

I half-expected Matteo to be sort of
Anchorage's own Balto, when I began to read his description
(when he first appeared)...and I was surprised when Dingo's
awakening from his dream in the first story was so similar
(by mere chance) to Togo's waking up from his last dream
sequence in my "The Passing of Togo" story (which was
obviously written after your stories. And I hadn't read
yours until a while after I'd written mine). Are we
thinking on the same plane, Nick?

great job! I enjoyed the flow of the story, and the basic
storyline! And some of the new characters were
well-conceived! Bravo! I hope you get to more Balto
story-writing soon!

hey dingo just curious when are you gonna start on your next
balto story? i really look foreward to reading it and keep
in mind I'm not trying to rush you or anything I'm just
curious is all

Hey there. Well, I don't really have any other Balto fics
planned at the moment, because I'm working on something else
right now that I'm hoping get published. I might start
doing some more Balto stories sometime in the future,
though.

Thanks, Seppala. I have to tell you...these definitely
aren't as good as what I'm writing now. They're a bit
rushed, and I'm still working on expanding and detailing my
stories more. I hope you'll like these for the time being,
though. My current project won't be posted on the site, for
I'm hoping to get it published. I might be posting bits and
pieces, though...
