Couldn't help but notice the problem you were having with PMs. I work tech support, so it piqued my curiosity haha. Gatell said he was using IE. Are you using it as well? I have to admit, I'm a bit biased against IE, but for good reason. It tends to have a lot of problems with a lot of things. It seems that 10, the newest version, has more problems than other versions. I would recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome if you're using IE now. I'm using Chrome, and the PM system seems to be working fine for me.
