I've heard quite a few people say that in Balto 3, Balto was now a retired sled dog. But when did it ever say in any of the films that he had gotten a job on a sled team? I don't remember them mentioning in any of the sequels that Balto had been put onto a team after the serum run. Also, he still lived on his ship in the sequels; if he had been put on a sled team, surely the musher would have taken him in. So did they ever mention that Balto actually was put on a sled team, and maybe I just missed it? I don't see why anyone wouldn't want him on their team after the events of the first movie, anyway.
