Personality: (Fawn) courageous; adventurous; usually brave but sometimes can be a little over frightened; he used to get annoyed with some of the other fawns in his father's herd because they liked to tease him about his floppy ears. (Adult) intelligent and wise, Javam was taught by his father the ways of becoming a good leader.

History: He was born in the Silver Herd. His father and mother (the leaders of the herd) tried to teach him to be a proper stag and to try not to run off without telling them where he was going. But Javam was so interested in the outside world that he forgot his parents's warnings. Because of his flopping ears, he was always bullied, mostly by two male fawns called Grupa and Gilla ( Windhowler (c) ).

One day the captain of the herd, Djenva, talked to Javam about how he too used to be teased, about his odd sized antlers. He had learned to ignore all mocking and to centre his consideration on life. Javam then forgot about his floppy ears and his two bullies, and started to pay much more attention to the wildlife suroundings.
