Howcome bambi's antler's are a dark brown in the first movie but creamish in the second. i don't really get it.

Well, ignoring the fact that Bambi used his antlers in he first film, I'd chalk it up to velvet- they got it in the first movie but failed to realize - or at least show - that deer have velvet while they grow. Given that there were many inconsistencies, I'm honestly leaning toward negligence.

Feather, i know deer also rub their antlers on trees during the mating season when the chose their mates (i think)

Perhaps it was a wrong recolour, or since deer shed their antlers, they may have gotten darker as he grew older
