Personality: As a young fawn, he was always very playful and energetic. He loved to play with his siblings and enjoyed exploring. However, as an adult, he is now more serious. He takes life on one day at a time, and rarely plans things out. He does enjoy exploring, though not as much as when he was a fawn. He can seem curt, and can seem pretty emotionless at times, and very rarely does he show his soft side. Life has toughened him up, and honestly, nothing really surprises him anymore. He's very protective over those he loves, and if something were to happen to them, he would immediatly blame himself, and hold himself acountable for the disaster. He hates posers, and those who brag, and would love to set them strait. He can seem like a loner at times, and prefers to be alone, but will allow company at times.

History: His father was at the time, King of the Forest, and he had chosen a female to be his official mate, but that didn't stop him from breeding with other does, including the queen's charming sister. She became pregnant around the same time as her sister, and gave birth about week after. She had four fawns, Orion, Rowan, Wolfe, and Landon. Without a mate to help raise them, she tried her best to raise them on her own, with help from her sister at times. Growing up, Orion was great friends with his cousin, The Great Prince, though he found him bossy at times. His best friend however, was his brother Wolfe. He despised Rowan for his show-off attitude, and often tried to keep Landon and Wolfe away from him. He was sort of a protector of his siblings, due to him being the second oldest, and with Rowan trying to impress does, he took over.

At the age of an adolescent, he left the herd with Wolfe and Landon when hunters started targeting them and the King refused to move. However, on their travels, things weren't easy. They always had to watch out for hunters and predators, and he hardly slept or ate while keeping watch, making him weak. Landon, his sister soon became pregnant at the age of a young adult, which both surprised and angered Orion, since he didn't like the fact she had been taken advantage of. However, when she began to give birth, they were attacked by a pack of wolves. Wolfe did his best to fend them off, but he was killed in the process. Orion drove them away, but not without getting injured. And, to his shock, they had made it to Landon, who had tried desperately to save her young fawn, only to fall victim to their jaws. Thankfully, Orion drove them all off before they could attack the young fawn.

Left without any family members, except this little fawn, he was changed. He had watched his family die in front of him, and it had mentally scarred him. From that day on, he was no longer Orion, but Zev, in honor of his brother and to remind him of what had happened. He decided to take care of the little fawn, whom he named Avery. As soon as she could walk, they left, seeking shelter. He decided to raise her without a herd, even though he knew that it would be safer, he didnt trust any they came upon. To his surprise, Avery was a lot like her mother; adventurous, sweet, and loveable. He held her dear to his heart, as if she were his own fawn, and he keeps a very close eye on her. He later heard of his brother Rowan, who had fathered a fawn named Ronno, and then later died trying to take on dogs. He frowned upon his brother, seeing that he had probably done that to impress someone. Now, he travels with Avery, discovering new places.

Relation To Bambi: The Great Prince is his half-brother and cousin, he is the uncle of Ronno.
