Yeah. Basically, Aaron and Mark (guitarist and bassist) gave
permission with a remix of Blow Me Away without Ben's permission. When
Ben found out, he fired them through email and is due to start a
lawsuit. Ben seeks $250,000 and rights to the Breaking Benjamin name
and a portion of the remix's royalties, but Aaron and Mark say that
they never signed a formal contract, claiming Ben could never have
'fired' them. Aaron and Mark are now in a new band called Stardog
Champion with some old College friends, and they're starting to play
gigs and releases. |
