History: Born in a mountainous area. When older he moved from the mountains to the lower lands, although he had no real reason for doing so. He came to a place known as Brownbush nature reserve, where the Brownbush deer herd lived. Gneiss managed not to get caught by Agrill, the leader of Brownbush herd, and lived within the territory for many weeks undiscovered. He met Immi, a shy Brownbush doe. Gneiss built a strong friendship with Immi, then finally asked her if she would like to become his mate, and live in his mountain home. Immi agreed, but Agrill had found out about Gneiss, and the fact that he was planning to take Immi. Agrill attacked Gneiss, but Gneiss won the fight. Agrill trapped Gneiss and Immi in Brownbush lands for months, until one winter the couple made a getaway. Agrill struck again, however, and separated Gneiss from Immi, who fled to Bambi's forest. Gneiss went seeking Immi, and during his search met with Ronno - the two bucks became firm friends, and Ronno directed Gneiss to the Silver Herd (lead by Malvon) where Immi was known to be living. Gneiss's mate was indeed there. What's more, she had given birth to two sons, Gillo and Grupa, months previously.
When Gillo and Grupa were grown up, Gneiss and Immi left the Silver Herd to live just outside Malvon's territory.
Relation: He's friends with Ronno and his wife was friends with Faline and lived in Bambi's herd for a while
