I have, in fact, seen images of the comic adaptation in various places, mostly auction sites. I've also seen scans from the Big Little Book adaptation of the comic adaptation I believe they use the same images in both versions, but the BLB version is much closer to the novel: word for word, I'm pretty sure. And yes, you can read the whole book at Children's Books Online, as I have read it multiple times there. Hope that all made sense

Babmi's Children is a book by Felix Salten, a sequel to his previous book named Bambi, which Disney based their movie on. And it's very different than the Disney movie.

I'm not sure if your able to read the whole book. I also highly doubt you will be able to find a different site then this that has it online... there's not a lot of books that you can read just on the Internet.
Unfortunately, I have not found the comic anywhere online, so I highly doubt there is one. I will keep looking, but the best I can do for now is to give you the actual book. If you've read it already, that's fine.
I know for certain the comic is not on that site, nor is it probably readable anywhere online.
