Aiyana-Kopa

Okay, so I'm wrting a fanfic in which the fursona's of my friends fursona's and mine are in. Two of these fursonas exist in the Bambi universe, mine is in the Balto universe and the others are in no particular universe.

Now here is my question:

Since Balto is set in Nome, Alaska, meaning my fursona lives there, and they need to meet eventually, so, where is Bambi set? I understand there is probably no official answer, but does anyone have a rough idea as the where the forest in Bambi is?

Here is the info I have so far:

The deer in Bambi are White-Tailed deer (In the book they were Roe deer, but I mean the movie universe) which are natve to the US (except Nevada, Utah, California, Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America. (They also inhabit New Zealand, Finland, Serbia and the Czech Republic, but I'm more focused on the other places, where they are native to).

Because there is in fact a porcupine in the 2nd movie, this tells us that Bambi's forest takes place in the Northwestern U.S. and Canada, since porcupines are native only to northwestern North America. I would bet anything that Bambi's forest was meant to be either in Canada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Montana.

The forest in Bambi is located in the woods of Maine(That's my rough idea of where they're located), and White-tailed deer are located in the forests of Virginia,North Carolina,and South Carolina, also I wish you the very best of luck with your fanfic,and your fursonas. -Celtic Kate
