This is a rp about our two characters, Sauda, the daughter of Kovu, and Alonzo, the adopted son of the evil Jeraha. This is their story of friendship into love

So here goes:

Sauda looked over the horizon and sighed. This very morning she had had an argument with her brother Chaka. Arguments were getting very frequent between them. When the sun was at its height, she jumped off the rocks and wandered down to her father, Kovu. He began taking her towards the borders.

Kovu stopped at the border leading to green land beyond.
"Dad." Sauda said. "Let's go there."
Kovu shook his head.
"No Sauda." the king said. "That's the territory beyond the Pridelands. There are dangers no one can expect. Stay here, I'll be right back."
Saying so, Kovu turned and walked away, leaving little Sauda alone.

(Alonzo's mother's name is Neema)
Sauda stared at the cub who was a few feet away. She got up to talk to him but he backed off. "I'm not gonna bite you or anything." she laughed. She moved a little closer and he shrunk back. "What are you afraid of? Me?" The cub didn't respond. "I'm Sauda, by the way." she said, hoping the cub would talk to her.

(what's her mate's name? I'd love to know )
She shrugged. "What was your first clue?" She then looked at Alonzo and studied him. She had a feeling that he felt that her eyes were going right through him to see whether he was a threat or not.

(cool, Neema's up)

Sauda had a feeling that he wasn't telling her the whole truth. "There's something strange about you." she said, half to herself. "Its like you're a threat, but also not."

(Can't wait to see him)

Sauda looked around. "I think he went to check out the hunting patrol." she replied. "Its near here, but a bit far too."

Sauda stared at him as he came closer. Then she smiled. "Want to play?" she asked.

(No, he didn't. Jeraha only wants a strong and cold-hearted child.)

"You know, play." Sauda said. "Like you run, I run after you?"
