I was wondering if Bess's voice was voiced by Tress MacNeille, because her voice looked awfully similar than April Winchell's voice.

What do you think?

After going through numerous sites I've noticed the confusion arisen Its actually April Winchell The proof is That the voice of Tress MacNeille was actually Gerta from All Dogs Go To heavens Second DVD release Dogs Undercover Link. While April Winchell actually came in the First DVD release Link Friends To the Rescue. Amazon links Link even show the same case. If you type Tress Mac Neille and All dogs go to heaven On ANY online purchasing site it will show you the same Dogs Undercover DVD.. which has Gerta in it. While If you type April Winchell and All Dogs go to heaven The First DVD release Friends To the Rescue will come. Every body knows that IMDB as well as Wikipedia are both accessible by any one online. You just need to sign up for IMDB not for Wikipedia, and in addition IMDB's Data is almost always Incomplete.

I know voices and Bess' voice sounds like Babs Bunny which means it must be Tress Macneille. I sure wish they showed her name on the opening credits. I feel bad for Bess. Plus, I asked April Winchell and I never heard anything back.

I'm pretty sure she's voiced by Tress MacNeille since she sounds a lot like most of the other characters Tress played.

April Winchell however did play Tiffany the snooty dog from Bess and Itchy's Dog School Reunion.

If there was some way to get a confirmation, and she's been voiced by Tress McNeille (which wouldn't surprise me, she's done a lot of voices), then we could change the information on Animation Source.
