Trying for number 9!

Name: Moki

Meaning: (Optional) Native American Hopi meaning 'deer'

Gender: Male

Age: Young adult/Adult

Personality: Moki is lively and adventurous, eager to see new places and faces. He's very curious and tends to roam, getting into things he shouldn't. Moki has a very childlike demeanor sometimes. He's always eager to work, but can be very stubborn, sticking to his own decisions more times than not. He's very loyal to those he cares about- especially his master- and tries to keep those he loves happy. He can be a bit of a show-off and a know it all and hates to be proven wrong. Sometimes he can be irritable or moody without giving a heads up and likes to have the last word in arguments. Moki is also very determined and has a large drive to do accomplish/finish things he's set out for.

Crush/Mate: (Again Optional) In the future, he'll become mates with Edmond and Misha's (my characters) daughter, Marnie.

History: Moki's mother was his master's previous hunting dog, assisting him in his hunts. She wandered off into the forest one night and later on it was discovered that she was pregnant with pups. The nearest city, Nome, was miles away and so her master came to the conclusion that she was carrying a wolf's pups. He cared for Moki's mother and she gave birth to four pups, but Moki was the only survivor. Moki was loved by his master and his mother and showed many traits of his wolf heritage both in looks and his actions, but he showed hunting dog prowess at a very young age.

When his mother was too old to accompany their master in the hunt, Moki started to take her place, walking at his side and learning how to be a hunting dog. It wasn't until his later adolescence that his skill was put to the test. On his first hunt, they brought down a deer and his master decided upon naming him Moki. Moki proved his skill at chasing down game time after time, having enough endurance to tire them out and speed to keep on it's heels. He was a valued pet and family member to his master, who lived alone on the outskirts of Nome, making money selling furs. With Moki, his master had great success hunting and selling his furs.
