Allies designs WINNER!

Hey guys! It's me, Eggo [again] and i guess im having a 'designers block'. Sprite and i love this anime called Hetalia [heard of it? love it? your epic >:D] and love it so much, we're making some characters that are based off our favorite characters from the show. Now, I've tried over and over again to get the exact right design for teo of my fav. characters, but i am not pleased with any. This is where im hoping you guys will come in?

UPDATES IN RED

~Rules~
-No stealing, whining, etc.
-You may use drawings or renders, i will make acceptions to linearts...
-Have to both males, upper teenagers [age].

What i want for: America/Alfred
-Fun to draw, not too simple, not too complex
-Breed doesnt exactly matter, but make him unique please!!
-A wheat blonde fur color.
-He ALWAYS wears his bomber jacket as a human, so something to represent that would be nice.
-He always wears dog tags

What I don't want:
-Please limit any spots, I do not like spots.
-Nothing too dark.
-No really complex design.
-No non-symmetric designs please.

If it isn't too sparkledoggish you could add America's hair as bangs, but here's a simple design.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but I'm going to enter when I have time. So I see we're allowed to use linearts now, yes? Just making sure. Because if not then I'll use my own lineart. Haha. xD

Remember the render I had to use? Pffff, it was already resized and there were no ways to color it again so, I had to use a lineart, but I've modified it a bit (like the faces) to make them more similar to Alfie and Iggy Cx I hope it's fine for you!
On top, of course, we have Iggy and on the bottom, we have Alfie o3o

LOL I can't compete with that ^ That's just too amazing. xD
and everytime I try the design comes out weird and way too contrasted o_O
