Since I know how the 2nd Balto has so many animation errors in it. So I thought about making a forum topic about uploading pictures of the animation errors in this awfully animated film. I'll start by a picture of Aleu. In this picture you'll noticed the animators forgot to draw Aleu some eyes. /sites_co ... 104236.jpg

There is nothing at all in the world like picking nits over what amounts to a few milliseconds of screen time, coupled with using a DVD or Blu-Ray player, or a computer, to pause a disk and do a screen cap to "prove" a point.
If this was an error, and there is no direct evidence that it was anything more than a second of the character blinking her eyes, then it was just a millisecond of time that most viewers would miss and really not care about. There are much bigger issues when it comes to low-budget animation. Of the kind that more experienced members have talked about here. Issues such as bad body mechanics (when showing characters in motion), or poor body design. Or poor art work. Things of that nature. Those are what bother people about low-budget, direct-to-video animation. Not a few milliseconds where some finishing artist forgot to add in something...something that 98% of viewers will either miss and/or not care about.

Speaking of animation errors, Balto 2 and Balto 3 are made/animated by Wang Films, a studio wich was founded by James Wang, a former animator at Hanna-Barbera. (if i recall corectly). The studio was founded in 1978-1979. Alot of the newer hanna-barbera shows are partially animated by wang films. They also did special effects for some movies and all of that. From what i seen, if a studio or company wants to do a cheap sequel or a T.V series, they decide to put Wang Films in charge lol. (not all the time though)

The real Balto didn't even have puppies I believe! But there is one shot I saw recently where Aleu's ears weren't dark brown.

After a period of successful journey of cartoons, they spend more times on the story rather than animation because of it sometimes the error occurs due to lack of leading team interest.
