Not to be rude but have you literally gone through all 70 pages of the character section to come to that conclusion? If yes, then my biggest question is how the hell you found time to do all that and run through their personalities with a fine comb?
Otherwise, Natti and Angel pretty summed up what I think. There are good characters out there, it isn't really fair to put them in the same category as lazy, uncreative characters that people just keep throwing into the character section nowadays.
