We're not allowed to give it out on Animation Source. You can find it sometimes at WalMart (the normal one not the super center) They still got a few of those around. They got rid of the last one in Ohio about a year and a half ago.

They took it off streaming about 5 months ago (can't stream it from the Wii anymore.)

Hmm I remember when I watched it on Netflix. (When it had been streaming.)
I'll be honest that the first fifteen minutes bored me, so, I didn't finish it.
Well, it's been a long time since I've watched the whole Balto III: Wings of Change movie, but nor do I want to see it again.
In other-words, to me, The Land Before Time sequels (well, sequels from the second movie to the fifth) interested me more than the Balto sequels.
Though, yes, I had known first that the movie had come streaming on Netflix; and that's probably cause I always have to watch Netflix sometime during the day.
