Plot: Balto and family have been doing well, after rescently adding four new grandpups to the family, Kodi and Katie are as well. But nothing good lasts forever. Balto discovers a female unconscious outside of Nome, one that looks a lot like Jenna. Her name is Tina, and she seems nice enough. However, they soon discover she's anything but normal, she's actuelly been sent back in time from the future, and is being followed back by a nearly indestructable killing machine called the Outsider. With the shadow of the Outsider looming over them, they must find away to stop the Genetic Demon, not just to save Nome but before the Outsider's interference in the past destroys the future. But how can you stop something considered to be unstoppable?

Cool!...But what about characters?

Well which ones are you taking? *.* I"m kind of scatterbrained and forgot which were in and which weren't.

Well I'll be Tina and the Outsider, since they're mine...maybe for this one you should be Balto, since Tina interacts mostly with him, I'm also Kodi this time, I'm pretty sure. Let's be the pups we normally are...I'll be Boris as well, can you be Muk and Luk?

We also need Steele, since he's the secondary villian.

Got it. I filled in my chars. But what about Jenna? Would you want to be her or let me be her as always?


BTW, what is Steele's motivation for being there?

I should probably be her this time, since you're Balto.

He's sorta going mad with vengence at Balto and like in the story, Balto's too smart for him so that fuels his rage. How about this is what makes him consider changing his ways? I mean I know he's meant to return later with Niju but maybe this teaches him to be less vengeful, like it teaches him 'lifes too short to be consumed by revenge'? Also, can you be him? Then our characters would be even.

I'm back!

Ok, so we've got all our characters, right? Should I start?

Yea, you should.

OOC: Ok then, we'll explain the opening scene in the fanfic in flashbacks, like we talked about.

A storm raged over Nome, a fierce one, frightening. Snow hadn't fallen yet, it was just thunder, lightning, and wind. One last, huge lightning bolt struck the ground outside of Nome, between Balto's boat and Nome. Nnow began to gently fall, but in the spot left by the lightning bolt, a red and cream colored shape was left laying in the snow.

Jenna whimpered, looking out at the storm, worried about Balto. She whined to Rosie but she knew the family wouldn't let her out.

OOC: Mind being Rosie? She plays a little role in the story but some role. No one finds Tina till morning.

Cachen yelpped at the sound of thunder and cuddled closer to his mother. "Mommy, I'm scared." he said, almost in tears.

Lena whimpered. "I'm scared too."

Suddenly, Kodi staggered into the den, snow covering his back. "Are you guys ok?" he asked, worried about his new family. "There's a nasty storm out there and I was worried about you all."

OOC: Should the pups be able to speak properly or still have a bit of baby talk?

Rosie looked out at the storm, wrapping her arms gently around Jenna's neck. She was scared beyond anything, but knew what her dog was scared about. "Balto will be alright," she said, petting her dog's head. "He'll come out okay."


Balto stayed within the boat, looking out at the storm. he seemed nervous, storms like this didn't occur very often.


OOC: No prob ^-^


"Mommy," said Tai, curling up in a ball beside her Mother. "I'm scared, too."


Even little Kai was whimpering. He had never experienced anything so big and loud. He wordlessly shivered beside his Mother.


Katie smiled comfortingly, hushing her four pups. "Shh, it's going to be alright, little ones. Mommy's here to protect you." she murmured, licking each of them softly. She turned her head as Kodi came in. she smiled "No, we're okay. The pups are scared witless though." Katie said softly, nuzzling her little brood.


OOC: We'll, they're about 2-3 weeks old. So why not give them a little baby talk? ^-^ I love baby talk

Jenna nodded, nuzzling her human. Balto was normally fine but Steele had been around recently, and he was nearly insane for revenge, that's what worried her the most.

OOC: Thank you!

Kodi shook himself off and came over and curled up next to his mate, around his frightened pups. "Its ok, mommy and daddy are both here now, we'll protect you." he said, licking each of his pup's foreheads.

Cachen settled a little but jumped when the thunder clapped again. "Thunder loud..."

Lena covered her ears because of the roaring wind. "Wind loud too..."

OOC: Oh and in characters, you forgot I'm Boris.

Boris looked to Balto. "Are you being worried for the grandchildren?" he asked. "They're probably being scared." he said. "But Katie is being a strong mother, she'll take care of them." he said. He looked to Muk and Luk, knowing they were still children at heart. "Are you two being alright?"

Rosie smiled softly, continuing to rub Jenna's head. Her mother gently put a blanket around her shoulders. Rosie looked out, covering her ears at the thunder.

Katie smiled, laying her head down slowly. "In a storm it's loud little ones..." she said softly, licking Cachen's cheek. Even so young cachen proved to be the pup that outshone for Katie.

Tai walked over to her Father, curling up in between his front legs. "It scary, Daddy..." she said, whimpering softly.


OOC: I know *.* sorry bout that


Balto nodded. He was worried for his new grandchildren, but knew his son and Katie could look after them. "It's not just that, Boris..." he said, wincing at a particularly loud clap of thunder. "It's Steele..."


Muk nodded shakily, while Luk had curled up into a great shivering ball of white fur. "Right as rain, uncle Boris!" said Muk, lying.
