Mage ran over to her mother.

Jane smiled and got Mage close to her body. "Go on and fall asleep Mage."

Jake ~
He slept for a while before waking up and going to get a drink. He took his time getting up and he looked at the ground as he walked. He was getting a drink then laying back down.

Mage did as her mother said, she had no problem obeying her mother, for she hadn't had a mother to tell her what to do before today.

Jane saw Jake but didn't want to ask him if she could go inside his little den, since he growled at her anyway.

Jake ~
He got a sip and went back to a new den. He layed down and slept deely again. He could hear Fang and Roxy in the background talking like the birds. Jake snored some.

Jane smiled at Mage and soon just went to sleep. The temperature started to drop more rapidly, The storm was coming faster then Jane had predicted. She woke up to snow on her and Mage. She stood quietly and shoo the snow off of er and soon Woke Mage up and cleaned it off of her. She looked around at the winter wonderland and got worried. "No.. it's coming too quickly."

Mage batted at the snow, it was cold to the touch, she shivered and huddled by her mother.

Jane grabbed her by the scruff into her jaws and walked over to Jakes Den. "Heys Jake, Mind wachting her?" she asked, her mouth full.

Mage wiggled, "but mamma, why do you need Jake to watch me. I don't know him." she said.

Jake lifted his head cautiously. Knowing that female wolf wasn't a threat to him anyway, he could take her down easy if needed to do so. Jake looked at the puppy and then at her, "I guess." He said, laying his head back down. He wasn't a baby sitter and he honestly didn't like kids. Never wanted them. He fought to stay awake, trying not to fall asleep immediatly. He was tired a little bit.

Jane soon walked off after she knew Mage was conformable. She walked on towards town but into the forest at the same time. She was just hoping Mage wouldn't bother Jake that much. She could tell by his expression he didn't like kids all that much.

Mage bounced around and kept herself occupied, but boredom started to work into her system and she started to pounce on his tail.

Jake kept flicking his tail to keep it out of her reach so it'd be more fun. He rolled onto his back and relaxed, not knowing what else to do really since he never had pups of his own. He looked around, keeping an eye out for danger or people.

Jane looked off towards the mountains watching as snow fell from an avalanche. Jane got a little worried as she saw dogs trying to outrun that snow before she couldn't see them anymore. She turned around quickly yelling out "JAKE!"
