I don't know Balto's color.

More peoples say - He's black and white. We seen only b&w photos.
But in Clevland Ohio Museum we can see him, and his fur is DARK BROWN

Color fades over time which would make black turn to dark brown. ;) The real Balto was infact, black.

The fur of a black Siberian Husky (like Balto) will acquire a reddish tint over time due the exposure of sunlight. Balto's fur is just an extreme case of this since it has been exposed to sunlight for 84 years instead of the normal 15.

Tibb and Coaster have this exactly right. In time, as the dead fur on the mount was exposed to excessive bright light, it faded to the brownish-mahogany it is now.

I don't understand,i'v seen pics of Balto black & white. Is he really Black and white? Or was it just the pics.

Yes, the real Balto was a black and white Siberian husky. That is no trick of the pictures. It's just that, in time, with exposure to light after he died (the mount of his skin and fur, in other words), the fur faded to its present color, which is a brownish-mahogany.
