So, title says it all.

What is your favourite part from ADGTH?

Mine would be maybe "Let Me Be Suprised" because the song was nice, and voices we're good. (Atleast English & Finnish)

Do not just post one word, say why you liked that part.

I had a lot of favorite parts . . . but the best?

I think that climatic scene underwater with Charlie, Anne-Marie and the watch (near the end of the movie) wins my vote. It is a difficult decision for Charlie to make, one that the events of the entire film lead up to . . . What is more important to this dog that once did so many bad things in his life? The life of an innocent little orphan or his own? Huge character development points here.

Not to mention, the animation and the music . . . oh, it makes me shake with anticipation every time I watch it (although we all know which choice he makes). They work so well, and it's obvious with certain images that anyone can figure out the conclusion . . . Hidden text : click to show
. . .

Nothing could ever beat that. Although there were some great sequences that were amazing (then again, the whole film was amazing).

I think it'd have to be Charlie singing "Let's make music together" with the crocodile. It seriously made me laugh when I was younger and STILL brings a smile to face every time I see it.

The ending scenes were also amazing though.

My favorite is the part where Charlie is in heaven.. when the song Let Me Be Surprised is sung. I love that song!

My other favorite part is the ending when Charlie saves Ann Marie.

Aw so hard to choose a one best.. I guess the ending or the little saving scene with charlie giving away his life to save Anne-Marie

Both are great as they are sweetest moments you see from charlie =)

Since all the best scenes are about Charlie im going to tell my best itchy one to!

I have to say.. argh i think maybe either the first scene with itchy and charlie or much later on when hes injured and in pain. i feel sorry for him but i love him =)

There's alot of favorite scenes for me xDDD

My favorite "fun" scene is when Charlie and Itchy sing "You Can't Bring a Good Dog Down". It was really fun. You get a good look on how Charlie is viewed by other people. He wasn't seen as a bad person, and I think it's a really catchy song to.

My favorite "sad" scene is probably the very end, when Charlie and Anne-Marie are saying good-bye. It yanks at your heart strings. True, its not as intense as when he's saving her, but this time you know for good they have to part ways.

My favorite "under-rated" scene is when Itchy comes to the church to talk to Charlie, after Carface and his thugs beat the crap out of him. It's under-rated because Itchy was really pouring his heart out, he was nearly killed, and yet Charlie did not care at all. In fact, he turns around and yells at him. It was a really intense discussion.

But I think a scene I'll continuously watch and enjoy is "Let Me Be Surprised." Not just for the song, but for that fact that ever since I saw that scene as a tiny tiny kid, thats pretty much how I picture Heaven. Hahaha.

Hard question XD. I would say "you can't keep a good dog down" It has always been my favorite scene in this movie.

I really liked the whole heaven scene. The idea of the watches symbolizing life was just a fantastic idea. Not to mention "Let Me Be Surprised" is a great song as well.

Like a couple people before me, I have always enjoyed the climax of the movie, where it builds the tension by showing the watch slowly fill with water, until the final second when it just stops. We don't see what happens to Charlie, all we see is the watch and that is a pretty powerful scene.

Then there's the heart-wrenching scene shortly after when Charlie has to say goodbye to Anne-Marie. That one always gets to me a little.

Oh, one more scene. I always get a laugh out of the bit when Anne-Marie is trying to sleep in the busted out car, much to Charlie's annoyance.
Anne-Marie: Charlie, will you help me find a mom and dad?
Charlie: Kid, I'll help you find the lost city of Atlantis! Just please, please go to sleep!

I really liked all of this film and I remember saying to my dad when I was quite young "Charlie's naughty." when he was drunk xDD

But my favourite bit would have to be the part where Charlie comes back after being in heaven and goes to Itchy. I find it funny how he says "Do ghosts have fleas?" and then puts it on Itchy's nose :3

or

When they sing 'You can't keep a good dog down.' I mean come on, it's a classic.

I like the part when Charlie goes to Hell. It's so dark, surprising, yet awesome at the same time.
