Zira scratched Kovu across the face and gave him a scar on his left eye earlier in the film. As Zira plummets to her death, they show Kovu choking back tears. Look closely, and you will see that his scar has miraculously disappeared! The next shot shows him with his scar.

When Zira gives Kovu a nasty scar, she swipes at him horizontally. However, Kovu's scar turns out vertically

n the scene where Simba invites Kovu into the cave, in the close-up shot, they are right outside the cave, and in the shot from Vitani's point of view, they are at the edge of pride rock, quite a way from the cave entrance.

Toward the end of the song "One Of Us" when Kovu is running away and the birds are chasing him, Simba is standing on Pride Rock looking down at Kovu. In the next shot of Pride Rock, Simba is gone, but in the next shot, Simba is back, in the same position as in the first shot.

During "That's My Lullaby" where Nuka makes his comment which at the end of it causes Vitani to push him off the rock/tree stump, he is still calmly singing his line about half a second after Vitani pushes him off

When Nuka and Vitani are at the Elephant Graveyard igniting their sticks to set the Pridelands ablaze, Vitani is first drawn with dark ear stripes. There is a close-up of her rolling her eyes at Nuka and the ear stripes are not coloured in, but the lines indicating where they are are present. When the stick ignites and Vitani grabs it, the stripes are back. The stripes disappear again when Vitani is setting some dry grass on fire. This mistake is repeated throughout the film.

In the scene where Zira and Kiara are rolling down the cliffs near the end, watch carefully and in one shot we see both of them roll over an edge, and then another Kiara rolls down and grabs on to stop falling.

Perhaps the reason for Vitani's ear-stripes is because Sarabi gave birth to her,and was given to Zira.

Zira is the mother of Vitani, it is clearly known. It only could be a small error in the making or that is what she is ment to look like as her design

I know Zira's the mother of Vitani,I was only acting on a hunch.

In every other clip of The Lion King II Zira's little nip on her ear is on the left side but when you first see Kovu as an adult and Zira is asking him about his destiny it is on her right ear.

When Rafiki holds up baby Simba he moves his finger slightly and the fur underneath is not colored in.
I think that mistake is pretty famous.

The white in Nala's eyes go in different directions.

Right after Nuka dies and Zira is telling Scar to watch over Nuka,the lion on the far left looks down.Then immediatly without any movement it's head zips right back up.

I didn't say her eyes go in different directions,I said the WHITE(S) in her eyes go in different directions.

Usually in an animation, the glare or speck in their eye is the sun, or any other light source.So maybe it's noon, and the sun is right above her, but then again, the sun usually can't make it through in a rainforest.It's just my opinion
