It won't happen because the series is not popular/well known.
MGM has moved on to bigger and better projects that have made them way more money than ADGTH ever made them. If they wanted to bring back ADGTH, it would probably be a last resort in a major slump down. And all that effort just takes up time and money!
Plus, every episode is up on YouTube and on DVD so it's not like you'll never see the series again.
