I was "exploring" the movie bonus and i've found 2 deleted scenes.

1° Scene: This one goes without the music "No Way Out", when Kenai tells to Koda that his mother is dead. Kenai starts telling about the Great Spirits and later says: "Koda, i've did a horribly thing..." Then, Koda asks what Kenai did and Kenai's answer is: "I killed a bear." Koda is shocked and says that he disliked the story. Kenai later says to Koda that his mother is dead and Koda rans away, like happened in the movie.

2° Scene: This one is a hilarious one, when a squirrel is searching for some berries. She grabs one "berry" and later discovers that the "berry" is Kenai's nose. The squirrel asks why Kenai didn't eat him and Kenai asks: "Why do i have to eat you?" The squirrel replies that this was common and even his friends, uncles, cousins and aunts got eaten by bears. Kenai continues to say that he not want to eat him and the squirrel jumps in Kenai's mouth, closing and opening Kenai's jaw, yelling: "Chew! Chew! CHEW!" Kenai spits the squirrel out and get kinda scared (he even yelled "Stay away from me!"). Another bear came (i think it was Tug) and asks to the squirrel why he was so angry. The squirrel replies that was because nobody wants to eat him. The bear/Tug replies: "Well, if you get happy with that, i can eat you." The squirrel gets a little happy for a few seconds, but then rans away screaming.

Location: Laughing at myself in Pleasantville.
For 1: I'm glad they made the scene the way they did in the movie. Phil Collins's song covered
the emotion and explained perfectly what was going on, and how they both felt in that moment.

For 2: I'm torn in this having been taken out. It WAS very funny, but it was a bit over dramatic as well.

scene, no way out: When you see the deleted scene on the confession of Kenai to koda, I said to myself "! why this scene deleted?!". It was a scene quite exquisite. Brother Bear was a high-caliber film having the concept of death and revenge, and change the dialogue for music was one of the great mistakes of the directors. It was bad to do. To my mind was a scene pulled loose as only music and nothing more. The dialogue was rather more feeling, drama, though (remember that Brother Bear is a dramatic film). The directors simply betrayed the soul of Brother Bear.

Murry squirrel scene: This scene was in the pre-production on Brother Bear. Grizz was the companion of Kenai bear at the time (not Koda). Brother Bear ("Bears" in those times) could have been much more than they did ...

Um... i didn't knew that! By the way, i believe that the actual version ("Brother Bear", Kenai and Koda, etc.) is better.
