This is a role play between me and MissusArt, the subject is our characters Celeste and Zarah focused on their meeting, and when they surprisingly find out that they are cousins.

I'll start us off:

Celeste nervously looked around, "Hello?" she whispered into the deserted air, it felt like only she existed in the cold wilderness. Without warning, she could hear footsteps and breathing, it sounded like another lioness. She crept slowly, a twig broke underneath her feet. Looking ahead, Celeste could see a lioness with similar markings to herself, she gulped and began to talk.
"Who are you?" she asked.

Zarah looked toward the sound her eyes narrowing. She turned around seeing a lion who looked like her 'im Zarah and you are'?

Celeste gulped once again, "I'm Celeste. I'm part of the Southern Waterfall Pride, what about you?"

Zarah smiled "my pride does not have a fancy name like that, its just called Ari's pride. My leader is Ari" She said looking around hearing another sound. "And that would be my daughter" She said and shortly after a little lioness came out

Celeste smiled, looking at the small cub that entered the area, "What's her name?" Celeste asked, still looking at Zarah.

Zarah smiled at Celeste 'Her name is Merlissa, her father sadley is not with us anymore, he was chased off by my father before my whole family was killed. And she was stolen. It was with the help of a lovly lioness named Nyimak i was able to find her. Then i fell in love with Nyimak " She said smiling at Merlissa

"You have a very pretty name," smiled Celeste, looking down at Merlissa. She then turned back to Zarah, "What happened to your mate?" Celeste then asked, just wondering.

Merlissa smiled at Celeste "thank you"

Zarah looked down "no one knows what happened to Merlissa's father, i found love again though so im very happy"

"You're welcome," Celeste smiled back at the young cub, she felt sorry for both Merlissa and Zarah, and so decided to change the subject. She turned then again back to Zarah.
"Is it just me, or do we look alike? Have you noticed?"

Zarah looked a her more closley "you look more like me than my older sister does" She said confused

Merlissa looked back and forth between the two "you could be twins" She said giggling

Celeste giggled too, "We could be twins."
She then tried to look at herself, before looking back at Zarah.
"Maybe we are related in some way, maybe we should ask. Someone might know."

Zarah thought for a moment "are any of your parents alive"? She asked

Merlissa wound herself around her mother

"No, they were murdered by the outlanders before my own eyes, why do you ask this?" she replied, simply wondering why Zarah wanted to know.

Zarah looked at her "Im sorry Celetes, my parents were killed also, im sorry for your loss" She said looking down at her daughter

"It's okay Zarah, I'm terribly sorry for you. What happened to them? It's okay if you'd rather not talk about it," replied Celeste, so many thoughts were crossing her mind.
