Characters ages.

I know Kit is 12, though I like too say he was 11 in P&L and that most episodes happened a bit later on and that Molly is 6. What I wonder is how old are the others?

I'd recon Baloo and Karnage are mid 30's too early 40's, though I know Karnage says he's 29, how many egotistical, self-loveing, vain and good looking (face it he is) guys say they're younger then they are?

Wildcat? I'd say early-mid 20's.

Shear Khan? Anywhere between 45 and 60 I'd say.

What do you think?

Well it's a bit difficult to tell considering they're "animals" and they age better than humans.
We can tell a bit from their personalities though.
I do believe Baloo is in his 30-40's. Otherwise he wouldn't call himself "old Baloo", right?
Which episode does Karnage say his age? I can't remember that.

Maybe Wildcat is older, maybe Khan is younger. Again, hard to tell. But I guess you're right about Khan, considering he knew Whistlestop Jackson when he was young, and I think we see both of them being younger in a scene. It would also validate Baloo's age because I think he said that Whistlestop Jackson was an idol of him when has young (and same thing for Rick Sky in "Bygones")
What about Becky?

I'd say she's in her late 20's - early 30's. Only speculation, of course.

I think we asked that question to Jymn, but I can't get my hands on it...Anyway, he didn't give much clue.

In comic 6 Karnage clames he's '29', but I doubt it. Baloo seems to be mid 30's at least.

Forgot too mention her, I'd say early 30's at most, the usual story is she spent some time at college, then met and married her husband (back then a women married and her life became one of serving the man of the house!), he died a short time later when Molly was a baby and she got her MBA after that, most likely via a correspondence course over some time as she had too look after Molly.

I think we asked that question to Jymn, but I can't get my hands on it...Anyway, he didn't give much clue.

No point in asking him, I don't think he cares so much anymore as it's over for him, a finished job.

Yes but he did answer all our questions (even if sometimes it was more for joking, but he gave us some interesting information too)
And he said he'd be more than happy to work on TaleSpin again (like comics) if he was offered to.

I think Baloo was a boy in in his teens in WW1 and those two were in the papers and newsreels.

Oh I didn't know that but I think it's something he gives a great deal of thought about and just says the easiest thin he can come up with.

But TheGroundedAviator had got the right - I found also a little hint in the comic "Freeze a Jolly Good Fellow". Dumptruck's one speech about Karnage's being all the time 29 years old was a little disturbing.

I, too, use the comic "F'reeze A Jolly Good Fellow!" as a basis for Karnage's age, though I had imagined him younger than 30 for no particular reason before I read that comic. I believe he's somewhat between 32 and 35, based on Dumptruck's line that implies at least some years after 29.

For the following characters I'm just guessing, it's been a while since I've seen the shows or read the comics, so I'll probably be very wrong and oblivious to some facts now

Baloo I imagine below 30. I can't believe he could live his lifestyle prior to Becky for a long time...

Rebecca is probably below 30 as well. My foggy memory claims to remember that she seems like she just finished university.

Wildcat... probably close to Baloo. It's hard to tell with these animals, you're so right Steet...

I think I'll stop and not further embarrass myself anymore, I have no facts behind this anyway.

Well, we just don't know if Baloo *always* had this lifestyle. We don't know how long he had "Baloo's Air Service", how he got it in the first place, when he bought the Sea Duck, we don't know a single person from his family, etc...
It's really a shame the series did not give us any clue on his past. As far as I know, the only scene that belongs to his past is when he's learning to drive in "On a wing and a bear", but even that one doesn't give us much info. (save from his physical appearance - he clearly was thinner back then...)
