[Seeing as this part of the All Dogs Board is dead, how about some attempt to resurrect it? ;P]

Plot- Charlie B. Barkin, a young German Shepard, has been framed, unknowingly by his partner Carface, and sent to the New Orleans pound. Furious, the young con-dog is desperate to get back to his gambling life in his casino, back on the streets on the city. The pound is full of dogs, and his friend, a nervous dog named Itchy is on the outskirts of the pound. Charlie knows he has to get home, but the pound is large, and cruel. He is alone, in a cell, but his sharp skills haven't been left in the casino joint.

Rules:
-You can be an OC or a character from the movie.
-You can be inside the Pound, a guard dog, or whatever.
-If you join this roleplay, try to be active
-No wolves please.
-No sparkle dogs. [pastel colored puppies do count- I suppose]
-No godmodding.
-Please provide a short description of your character when you join, it doesn't have to be a paragraph, just what species they are, personality, history, appearance.

The Pound- The New Orleans Pound is located near a bay, a slightly oldish building, with large lights surrounding it and a barb-wire fences enclosing the dogs from the outside world. A gravel road leads to the more urban area, and close by is a Junkyard, with has a view of the city.

Cast:
Charlie B. Barkin- A young German Shepherd, born and raised in a somewhat loving family until realizing his unholy obsession with gambling and money, he started to live in a Cab in the junkyard,being a stray nearly all his life. Charlie is light brown, his belly a light tan, and his left ear it raggedy, two holes in it. Charlie has a con-man's charm, often egotistical and selfish, but if driven to the core he may have a touch of a good heart.

I'll start. ))

Charlie was crouched in his cell, a poorly picked out place where he had been tossed in a few weeks ago.. Tossed like a pile of trash the thought made the young mutt's blood boil. He gritted his teeth, placing his head between his paws, lost in planning. He had scratched off and reattempted multiple idea's as the days waned away. It was mad in this place, he knew he had to get back, back to his partner Carface, he needed to make sure all of the other casino dog's weren't stuck like him. He questioned whether Carface had taken the shares, and that just made it worse. If Carface was taking his rightful money, he crushed a small cockroach under his paw. No, Carface wasn't that bad, he was just a little sly. He smirked. He came up to the edge of his cell, where a fence-like door was put. "I'll get back to you Carface," He muttered. "I'll make sure you haven't touched my cash." His last word ended with a giddy snicker.

Itchy looked at the pound from a distance saw the barb wired fence, the bright lights making sure no dog will try to escape. He had no idea how he was meant to get in and save his old boss and friend Charlie. He took off his pack and dumped it on the ground, held the zipper with his paw and with a loud “zipppp” the pack was open and he pulled out a pair of binoculars. Holding them in his paws he looked through them to see if he could find a way inside. He could see the large metal door stopping the dogs from leaving the building. If he could only find someway through that door. He put the binoculars back in his pack closed it, put it back on and moved in to take an even closer look. I'm coming for you Charlie he thought.

Charlie's eyes graced a can of dog food laying on the floor, empty of course, and he dragged it over with a heavy paw. The con-dog was disgusted by how low quality the food was here, being used to lightly cheating systems at the casino's and serving all of his guests with T-bone Steak, such as Itchy. "Oh yeah," He snickered with embarrassment. "Almost forgot about that little guy." He chuckled, kicking the can to the back of his cell. It rolled slightly. Charlie's ears pricked.

Itchy walked down the the hill following the stone road but slowed his pace while approaching so as not to alert any to the nearby guards. Luckily for him the guard next to the gate was fast asleep snoring loudly. That's when Itchy noticed it the way past the guard without even opening the gate. A hole in the ground right in front of the gate big enough for him... Hopefully big enough for Charlie. He slid in to reveal a small area which went under the wooden boards of the pounds bridge connecting the small island that the pound completely covered. The only visible piece of land on the island was the yard. The bridge connected this island with the main land and Itchy was directly under it. He found another hole, which came out right after the second gate on the other side of the bridge. He slowly stuck his head out to take a look around him. No guards in sight except for the one sleeping. He left his pack behind and crawled out the. Started slowly stepping towards the first cell window.

Is it too much?

((Sorry for the random hiatus.
Wonder- You can try to incorporate her, but keep in mind Sasha lives in San Francisco, and this is before Charlie's even died or met her. There's also a time gap in between films, but you can try. ^^))

Charlie sniffed the dullness of his cell and peered outside of the cell window, nose twitching violently. The mutt gave a loud, annoying howl, Charlie liked to mess around with the guards. The large dobermans that prowled the place were always such fun to mess around with, with their serious attitude.

Itchy knew that there was another set of cells on the other side of the building. But which side excatly was Charlie on? Even if he was on this side how was he supposed to get him out? Oh well, he thought, it'll come to me soon enough. Thats when he heard that howl. Could it be Charlie? Nah, he decided it was probably just a random prisoner. Itchy then reached the first cell window if he wasent here he would contine to the next window. So he softly wispered through the bars "Charlie?".

Mind if I jump in with two OCs? A guard and a prisoner of the pound?)

Gender: Male
Breed: RottweilerXDoberman - Doberman side is more dominant.
Status: Pound Guard-Dog
Personality: Rough, tough and hard to bluff. Well, not so much the hard to bluff part. He has a rather bad temper and does little to control it. He finds enjoyment in intimidating the pound dogs and throwing his weight around to try and intimidate his co-workers. When this guy gets angry, it's best to get out of his way. Fast. However, he is easy to out-wit when he becomes angered.

Name: Buck
Gender: Male
Breed: American Bulldog X Neapolitan Mastiff - Mastiff side is more dominant.
Status: Prisoner
Personality: An older dog who prefers to keep quiet and avoid trouble. In his earlier years he tried many times to escape, some of his attempts succeeded but his joy was short-lived as he would always become captured again. He has a kind soul though, and will help any dog in need as long as it's within reason. His eye-sight isn't too good due to his age and the Mastiff wrinkles that hang over half his eyes, but his nose is quite reliable. Because of this, he prides himself on his tracking and finding skills.
