Plot: It’s Christmas yet again, and Balto, Kodi, Katie, and family are gathered in the Boiler Room to celebrate the holiday. But when Jenna’s second litter want a story, it turns out the previous Christmas was beyond adventurous.

When Kodi and Katie get into a fight and split up right on Christmas day, Jenna and Balto have to get them back together in any possible way, but have a run in with a friendly stranger in need of help making deliveries in time. Can they help him meet his deadline, and maybe have a few fun rhymes?

While the adults are away, a friendly dog leads the pups off to play. However, once they’re there, he makes sure they‘ve lost their way. Lost and afraid, it seems their first Christmas will be a very bad one, until a friendly Reindeer comes to help, and have a little fun. But is this a normal Reindeer or a very special sort? And just what part of this story to their parents not yet report?

Meanwhile, Steele, having a rotten and horrible time on a time of year he most hates, will have a very unusual date. Three ghosts that night will visit him to tell, of his past, present, and future as well. Will his heart be melted and let him have a joyous time of year? Or will these visions fill it with fear?

And during all this time they’ve spent, a mischievous spirit fate my be bent. Pakak is his name, ruining Christmas is his game. On one day a year he can come out, and likes to make holiday lovers’ pout. Will the Christmas be bright for this family? Or did that Christmas end in calamity?

Jenna sighed, stretching. She looked out the window of her home, and grinned. Christmas Eve, her favorite time of year. It was made doubly special by the fact it was her second litter's first Christmas! Balto had planned an extra special gathering in the boiler room ,and it was her job to get her pups all there and warm. "Okay, everyone!" she said happily, tail curling around. "Are you all ready to go see brother and sister and Papa?"

Blaze giggled happily, running up from playing with her siblings. "We go we go! Happy K'issmass!" said the little pup, making her mother laugh at how she had said it.

Derbin yawned, stretching. He had been sleeping.He came up to his mother. "Where we go, Mama?"

Katie smiled, rubbing her stomach as she walked down the gentle incline towards Nome. She had stopped, waiting for the three pups to follow. "Come on, it'll be nice and warm in the boiler room!" she called, tail wagging. Her white bandana blew in the breeze, and didn't look like a wolf at all. Even in the night, she felt it best to just be careful.

Tai giggled, walking out of her warm home. Rob would be okay, she had just helped him decorate a small tree. It made her feel, good, her first Christmas with her human! As she passed Lena's house, she giggled, making the jingle bells on her collar tinkle. "Lena! Remember, we're going to the boiler room!" she called, going at a slow walk.

Kodi paced, already at the boiler room. He had become more protective at the same time the mail runs became a major part in his life, having to go on longer trips to bring mail to Nome. He gritted his teeth, pacing. "Where is she? Where is she? Is she okay? What would happen if she fell?" he said, half way to panicking. He was waring a hole through the boiler room's floor!

"Derbin, we go see papa, and brother, and sister for k'issmiss'," said Lenati, smiling to her brother. She was so excited, she'd heard good stories about Christmas from their parents, it sounded so exciting! She couldn't wait to see what presents there'd be for her the next morning, she'd done her best to be a good girl.

"Momma, think we see Santy Claws?" asked Kenai with puppy dog eyes, hoping they would.

Lena giggled, running out and up to her sister, jingle bells hanging from her collar as well. "Hey sis, I helpped my human fix up the vet's office for Christmas! It was so fun...though I did break a decoration, but he didn't seem mad." she said. "How about you?"

Cachen followed his mother as close as he could, keeping an eye out for her incase she slipped. "I can't wait to see how our little uncles like their first Christmas, who couldn't like Christmas?"

Lenatai walked beside them, wings decorated. "Well anyone that doesn't probably gets a visit from three spirits to teach them the true meaning of it," she said. "Christmas is big up in Heaven though," she said. "It is the birthday of the big guy upstair's son," she said, smiling. "That and everytime a bell rings, an Angel gets its wings," she said, spreading her own, which she'd decorated with various Christmasy things, wasn't too hard. "Christmas is a big time for earning wings, not every angel gets them automatically, I did because I did enough good deeds on Earth," she explained. "Anyway, this is a time of year a lot of angels get their wings," she said, looking around Nome and seeing several angels doing just that, though only the pups could see them, not Katie because they weren't her angels.

"Kodi, relax, remember, she's got Cachen, Goldie, and Kai to keep her safe," said Balto. "Plus a litteral Guardian Angel watching over her."

OOC: Sorry for the delay, had to drive to collage before a snow storm could hit.

OOC: Maybe now would be time for the first song? I have an idea on how to start it.

Kenai and Denali both raced out the door, tripping over one another as they tried to rush through the snow, eager to see their father.

Lena giggled. "Well it happens," she said. "I love christmas, even if this is only our second one, she said, smiling.

Cachen blushed and nuzzled her. "I love you Goldie, I'm glad I get to spend Christmas with you."

"Merry Christmas to you too, my North Star." said Lenatei, nuzzling her daughter. "I told Bashkei about this, I wonder if he'll make it," she said, looking up at the real north star. "He's never been one for the holidays though, even wolf ones."

"Merry Christmas, son," said Balto, smiling. "Wonder if it'll be as crazy as last years."

OOC: Let's go for it!
kodi looked dead serious, save for a smirk on his face. "Dad, there's no way anything like that could happen in a million years." he said with a chuckle.

Katie nodded, giving a light laugh. "He was always the first to fall asleep on the equinox." she said, remembering her Father fondly. "But I wish he would come. I understand if he can't."


Jenna laughed gently, helping her pups as they fell on top of each other. "Come on, little ones, everyone will wonder where you are."

Goldie smiled, nuzzling Cachen. "You are so sweet. I'm glad I'm here with you. This is my first Christmas, and it's great I'm spending it with such a wonderful family."

OOC: Ok, let's focus in on Katie's group or it.

"Well you know how your father is," said Lenatei. "But let's not let us get us down, it's Christmas after all." she said, sliding a head of them. "It's Christmas time once again, a holiday that long ago began." she sang. "But it means so much more, than just getting the gifts that you adore," she continued.

Cachen smiled, leaning against Goldie. "It's about being with the ones we love, even if they have to descend from up above, he sang, nuzzling Goldie for the first part, then smiling up to his grandmother for the second. "No matter how far they are appart, they're always in each others heart," he sang, that part for Goldie, knowing she missed Steele

"Even if our family is a little strange, I'd love them all, even if they had mange. Because that's what Christmas is all about, a time when there's no reason to pout. It's just a time to love one another, whether there friend, lover, or little brother." sang Lenatei, flying up and perching on a house, flipping a switch to turn on Christmas lights.

Cachen nuzzled Goldie back. "There's no time like it all year, because now is the time when there's no fear." he sung, tripping over a rock and disturbing a skunk in a trash can, which, for once, didn't spray and just waved and walked out of his way. He giggled. "Even a skunk is friendly on this day, for once I ran into one without getting sprayed!" he sung, falling back in line as Lenatei laughed along with him.

OOC: Care to end this song? Short, yes, but we kinda gotta get going.

OOC: Nice, that was fun!

"Hey guys!" yelled Lena, running over and nuzzling her family, jinglebells ringing. "Merry Christmas!"

"Merry Christmas, sis," said Cachen, smiling to his sisters. "Merry Christmas Tai!" he called.

Lenatei jumpped down and looked to Katie. "Better go say hi to your mate, he's really worried about you."

"Momma! There sister and others!" said Denali, jumping up and down, waiting to get permission to run and see her friends and family.

OOC: we are going to have so much fun with this!!

Tai ran over, nuzzling Cachen, her bells jingling. "Merry Christmas, little brother!" she blinked, blushing as she looked about. "Um... Where's Fang? He should be here."

Kodi blinked, running out into the night to nuzzle his mate and pester her with questions and put a paw to her stomach. "Are you all okay? You didn't fall did you?"

Katie smirked, rubbing noses with her mate. "I'm okay, [/I]Mel[/I]..." she joked, making puppy eyes at him.

blaze rushed over to greet her family and friends, Derbin following after.

Jenna giggled, walking over. "I guess it's okay." she said, happy to see her family so happy.


Kai grinned and went to nuzzle his Grandmother. "Merry Christmas, Grandma!"
